Almost impossible to get a fee waiver for this card, but they do give miles for fee payment. Useful for travel (four night free, unlimited lounge visits)!0

Great for miles accumulation and easy to claim. Dedicated call center provides excellent lifestyle service supports. Complimentary 4th night hotel stay offers some of the best hotel rates. Lost 1 star (possibly should be 2 but can't do that with such good CS team) for unreasonable terms on Limo entitlement / bookings... it's designed to make it hard to claim for later travel dates. Makes one question, and they ought to be fully aware, how genuine they want to reward loyal customers.0

[Miles Card] Citi regularly runs bonus miles giveaways (approximately once every month since Jan 2020), with up to 250,000 Citi Prestige points (100,000 KF miles) to earn with a spend of $30,000. [Promotions and Perks] As a staycation and travel fan, I particularly love their 4th night free promotion - available for any hotel and rate available online (do take note that only 1 redemption per city applies).1

[Customer Service] [Promotions and Perks] For new card applicants, beware. There are alot of Prestige customers nowadays and they don’t have enough drivers to support free limo/driver benefit to the airport. Made a reservation to the airport, only to find out that a driver was not coming after waiting for a while at the pickup point - turns out they ran out of drivers and didn’t tell anyone. They’re also not willing to grant an additional ride to the airport even if they did not honour the service. Bleh. Frankly the lounges you get access to are also fairly mediocre.0

I’m a Citi prestige card holder and it takes forever to get through the Citi concierge line. I reserved a limo for 17th Nov but my flight got delayed. The process is horrendous as i was asked to call Citi concierge while overseas to inform them of the delay. The limo company can’t deal with any delays. When I tried calling Citi concierge, someone even said “alamak” and hanged up on me a few times. Do not sign up for this prestige card. Not worth the pain and nor is it prestigious. I ended up taking the taxi back home.0

Documents required to apply for Citi Prestige Card:
- For Salaried Employees: A copy of your NRIC/passport, latest original computerized payslip or Tax Notice of Assessment, or last 12 months CPF statement.
- For Self-Employed Individuals: A copy of your NRIC/passport, last 2 years Income Tax Notice of Assessment, and last 3 months' bank statements.
- For Foreigners: A copy of your passport and work permit, a copy of utility or telephone bill or bank statement with applicant's name and address, Income Tax Notice of Assessment, and latest original computerized payslip.

Concierge team is the worst! A simple hotel booking became such a complicated process. They're making it difficult for you to get the free 4th night stay. I had to call them multiple times for my booking confirmation and they even calculated the rebate wrongly. Very poor follow up from the team too.
