[Features] After initial rounds of getting a huge user base with highly attractive incentives, their strategies seem to have shifted and that explains why many users are dissatisfied with the current offerings.

The card was initially a good addition to your other credit cards, as you could get a lot of grabpoints. But now it is absolutely useless, as it does bring only minimal points. Also, they used to offer phone insurance when you paid your phone bill using the card ; it is no longer the case - experienced it myself ... To top it off, their customer service is absolutely awful.

[Customer Support] Speedy! They have a live chat service that attends to you in a reasonable amount of time, usually below 10 minutes. Used to be a good card before all the nerfs on what can be paid with the card while earning smaller amounts of cashback/miles with the UOB Absolute Cashback/ AMEX Highflyer / AMEX True Cashback but all of those is gone too. Will recommend other cards instead if making payments to get some miles/cashback/points. (You don't get much Grab points even if using the physical card btw)

It was probably the best debit card to have as a student/non-working person as an entry-level card in the past, but since the rewards have been nerfed it is not as appealing anymore.

[Transparency] the price is transparency to all users [Customer Support]. Customer service 24 hours [Withdrawals] you can make withdraw that link with the account [Tips] you are also able to tip the grab driver for his service

[Features] With the latest round of nerfs, this card is no longer worth to use unless you take Grab very often. [Tips] But for those using an unlimited cashback like UOB Absolute or AMEX true cashback, this is still a decent card to get your money into a Mastercard for expenses while retaining the cashback benefits.

I only use this, paired with UOB Absolute Cashback card when I don't get any rewards/cashback from my other credit cards. Even for in-app orders, i rather use my credit card to get better rewards/cashback as the effective cashback from Grab is quite measly, AND the cashback can only be redeemed on Grab itself.

Probably the best debit card to have as a student/non-working person. as an entry-level card, you are able to get 1.2% cashback at the minimum (assuming platinum member) or more if your purchase qualifies for the accelerator program. There's a wide range of vouchers/items to exchange points for and the points wont expire as long as you use the card every once in awhile. Even get points when using it for bus/mrt. only bad point is customers service takes awhile to get back to you on your queries

Terrible service Encountered suspicious transaction and report to grab customer service immediately. Luckily the transaction never went through. Customer service officer blocked my card and claim will reissue new virtual card. End up , they never ever issue any virtual card. I replied few follow up email , no news no response. It has been TWO WEEKS , I wonder grab customer service all went holiday? I never request for any monetary compensation since the transaction never went through, I JUST REQUEST REISSUE NEW VIRTUAL CARD AND EMAIL REPLY FROM GRAB. Such simple request took forever.
