USE Revolut ONLY IF you like having your money being locked whenever Revolut decides to.
Just Google "revolut locking my account" or go to their facebook page and you can see countless complains about account being locked randomly and locked for months in many cases.
In their own FAQ, this is what they wrote about how long it will take for locked account issue to be resolve.
"Unfortunately, there is no specific timeframe that we can provide, the length of an investigation varies on a case to case basis."
They are basically saying that they will lock your money for as long as they want (or rather as slow as they decides to investigate).
Now, I am requesting to CLOSE my account but got totally ignored. I have written to MAS to see what other options do I have.
Revolut was nice to use until it somehow decides that you are suspicious and locks your account with all your money trapped there.
In fact, this is not the first time Revolut locked my account. They did it once before and they did unlock it after I provided all kinds of documents such as source of funds etc etc. Now, somehow they decided that it is time to lock it again. What the hell!
I was a big fan of Revolut and in fact was on Metal plan previously. Now, I am an anti-fan.
