During my call I got information and could try it again, but they didn't correctly explain me how it worked, so I lost again my money. After 3 phone calls and one visit to the shop, I discovered my fault, but if someone told me earlier I would not lose my money twice. furthermore you can't keep the data not used on the previous month and today I had the problem that my data was expired, no problem I switched of my data, but all the money I still had on my account and was not used for anything was gone.
