[Network] I was worried coverage might be poorer than Starhub but so far it's been very good and on MRT it's quite a bit better than Starhub. I haven't really found much blackspots with no signal. [Customer Service] Coming from Starhub I find the customer service at Circles fantastic. Connecting to them with Chat is super fast and the whole chat transcript is always sent to my email so there is a record of what was said and agreed. Plus their chat agents are pretty knowledgeable most of the time. Amazing that you pay much less but get much better customer service! [Billing] Circles offers very good value (like a budget offering) but in actual fact their service feels more premium than some of the Big 3 brands in SG. [Mobile App] Circles mobile app is acceptable and it works but there is a lot of room for improvement e.g. font sizes are way too small and screens are quite crowded. The only way to login is with SMS OTP so you can't login using password or passkey or FaceID. We don't need to use the App much so it is still OK but could be better.0
