Initially wanted to change telco but the customer service officer asked the reason and it’s because other teleco has what I want which is the senior plan. So the CSO said circles life also have it. End up staying with circles which is much more convenient for me.0

[Network] I have problem on my network from morning just now then I got help by one of the staff he is very kind helpful and patience when helping me thank you For the network circle life should improve more becuase when we used 4G or 5G network still slow and sometimes when we go so somewhere or some places our network bar is low like 1 or 2 bar sometimes there is no bar at all please improve in circle life network thank you .0

[Customer Service] Really happy twitch the customer service. Unsure of what was wrong with my phone and contacted them. Turns out my physical sim was too old and they sent a new one. I had some problems activating it and they helped quickly to guide me. Each time I used the live chat and it’s super fast and helpful, the staff each time are patient and friendly. Been with circles for many years now and still a happy customer.0
