This is a review for circles life as a 4 year customer. Decide to port out from circle life to try out other new plans. But only after merely half a month on ZYM(you can see my review on zym's page). I requested to be back to circles. The difference in standard of customer service is huge. Circles life CS reply really quickly to you. And most importantly they let you talk to an actual person. Compared to my time at ZYM where they will ignore you( really ignore) on the only way to contact them, which is a messaging app where you don't even know if they saw your message. And they would not be stingy with billing in my opinion as i have some concerns, and they are quite accommodating from my own experience, compared to zym where they want to penny pinch for $10+. You can tell solely from their app the difference in quality. There are more engaging content to engage with their customers, where on zym is just plan/bill/message. I would recommend circles life, as in my own experience has been excellent.0

[Network] Surprisingly, to many others, the network coverage is awesome. Like really awesome. And I'm still using LTE due to having and outdated phone plus the sim card I have is also not capable but that will soon change. [Customer Service] The happiness team are superb. They try their best to solve whatever the issue is so long they are able to and if not they will get another happiness expert who is more familiar with the issue to help solve it. Response time is great. However, they do lack a number. Understandably, being a practical virtual help, there isn't one. I'm hoping there is or will be or at best, a call back, for some situations I feel talking over the phone with a supervisor or manager will better understand the issue. Other than that, the only time I had an issue with was I had asked for my number to be suspended for a period of time. To my surprise, there were some that I was billed for a ove the ten dollars/month. When I had to go again, I called to ensure this wouldn't happen and the staff then informed me that they can only suspend for a specific period of time before it begins as per normal. That's a other thing that I hope you can look into. Longer suspension time due to reasons that can be said as valid. [Ease of porting] Like a surgeon pouring water into a cup. Tho sadly for me only one of the many I invited to join this family, used my rfno. [Mobile App] Woah, this app gives out prices in many forms through games. I got quite some data from it before. It's easy to navigate which is a big bonus. [Billing] The billing seems fair. Due to my circumstance, I can't say much. Although I do feel it is a bit pricey and would like to suggest that certain parts of the bill can be discounted for those who have stayed in the circles life family for quite some time, or lower the same number second sim card also allowing access to the unlimited date and data rolled over and maybe also the plans for unlimited incoming or outgoing calls. It doesn't make sense to buy one if I can just get a prepaid card that hasn't expired, plug my main phone in to a portable charger then on my hotspot. I'm looking to getting a new phone so I'll definitely keep my eye on this part0

I work for Foodpanda and for $8 forever 50gb simcard only plan was offered. So I went to read the reviews and they are all positive reviews. So decided to sign up and I love it. Porting process is straightforward and receiving the simcard is fast as well. Once everything is set up fully the app is amazing. It's vibrant it's cool informative and there are so many options to choose from. Not only telco but U can book trips movie tickets etc and best part U can points and can claim rewards. Now that's awesome. Highly recommended. For customer service wise for myself personally I dun have any issues so far that need consulting from them but from the reviews ive read they are pretty responsive. Missions are great too keeps U excited on what is your next task.0
