[Customer Service] Customer service had improved from 6 months ago. Was able to connect to life agent very fast. Response and actions are very fast. [Billing] A lot of possibility of extra fees on the bill. For example my phone data roaming is turned off all the time and I got a data roaming charge when I traveled to JB.0

Circles Life is easy to use, with no hassle at all. Everything is smooth and seamless. All telco provides sames coverage in my opinion, so certain parts of Singapore will have poor connection, but i dont blame Circles for that. Just satellite issues in my opinion, and it happens to all telcos. Other than that i have zero complains. Most importantly, customer service is prompt and seamless. They helped with all of my queries very promptly and even updates via email. This is what makes me a proud customer. Customer service at its finest! Thank you Circles Life!0
