    giga! SIM Only Mobile Plan

Support keep asking for a screenshot that is not possible taken. There was no referral code to be entered after payment details. Already told them what have happened and they keep asking for screenshot that is impossible to take. The online chat is worst. After waiting 20 - 30 mins, went off line then they decided to answer your questions. I felt so conned to be port over as their service is as lousy as Starhub's

Use this promo code VEpaXh to Get $10 OFF your first month 👍 Has been using GIGA almost two weeks now, previously with Starhub. So far so good same experience, nothing specific and happy with the price. the best is no contract, if the service getting bad can easily to switch other provider. . Use this promo code VEpaXh to Get $10 OFF your first month 👍 Worry free on remaining data plan and a lot of talk time. I found this a good deal especially without extra fee for caller id 😁

It works thx for the promo code 😊
  • I am currently with GIGA after trying gomo, circleslife, zero1. Why i stick with giga even though i can manage with the lesser talk time and sms of gomo for a smaller bill, was that the app was easy to use. I still have Zero1, waiting for either GIGA or zero1 to improve their roaming options for me to finally stick to 1. I would not mind paying more with no data pack for other countries, but sadly they do not even have that option. Of course I can buy a data sim card at those country, but that's an extra hassle. *UPDATE* GIGA now (as of writing this on 13 Nov 2019) has data roaming to most of the rest of the world. As for CirclesLife, I did not mind paying $30/month as it had quality roaming options. Also it had a loyalty bonus, but sadly what made me left was that they discontinued it and thus i can't justify paying more (than GOMO or GIGA) for the lesser data. As for GOMO, i ended up settling with GIGA which cost $5 more per month just because of the app. I have to switch off wifi every single time, which was frustrating.

Left Starhub after 20 long years, took a leap of faith with GiGa and i must say no regrets! Experienced poor line connection quality initially but customer services addressed the issue promptly and improved the situation. All in all im saving $40/mth now and im a happy person. Use code rOoCHj and get $10 off first month subscription!

Signing up didn't work properly via the app or website. Delivery address didn't register properly. No help was given, since support is just a bot and live agents were.non existent. Glad this happened,if signing up is already this hard, imagine having to contact them for other issues. Went with circleslife instead. Super smooth sign up.

I second this - support is only through a bit and there is ZERO live agent. That’s probably how they keep the cost low, by not employing ANYONE at all

Please do not transfer to giga. There is no live agent support AT ALL, you’re essentially talking to a bot all the time. I waited for 6 hours and no gigacare agent ran to my rescue. Tried their app, Whatsapp, Facebook to no avail. It’s not worth it at all - please use circles instead.

  • No seriously, 1000min out going? Call ur GF or mother till u Sian also enough 1000 SMS? Could text a one word reply without worrying 'lol' 'k can' bring back the old school texting days. And the deal breaker... 25gb data with rollover. I been having 40- 50gb every month due to this roll over.... Plus u can receive call and sms free when overseas. I mean best deal liao! I been on it from The beta till Now and I would say currently the best deal you can get. Don't believe me? Try it lo? $25 with no lock down Nia don't like then changed other telco... But u will surely be back again. Confirm plus plus plus chop

    giga! SIM Only Mobile Plan

The plan is quite cheap for 25GB and 1000 mins of call. Free caller ID and incoming. The problem is that if you are out of the country, no one can contact you as they do not have IDD on them. The only thing you can do is a data call via their Jetair pack at 1GB for $5. Underground and mrt connecting seems unstable at times. Other than that, interface, branding and the concept is really nice. Customer service is a livechat - 24 hours too. For no contract, this is worthwhile.

Can I Port My Existing Number To giga!?

Yes. To port-in or transfer your existing number, ensure that:

  • It is an active postpaid number (prepaid numbers are not supported for now)
  • It is registered to your name with the same ID you're registering with giga
  • It is not with TPG (TPG does not support porting)
  • It is not on any contract with your current telco - this might incur early termination charges

Here's how the port-in or transfer process works:

  • When you choose to port-in/transfer your existing number from another telco to giga, a temporary giga number will first be assigned and delivered to you
  • Upon delivery of the temporary giga number, your request to port-in will be processed within the next working day
  • Once your port-in is approved, your temporary giga number will be automatically changed to your existing number
