  New user of Zym! Their prices are affordable considering the amount of data given, very generous, plus their connection is great :) Would recommend them to my friends and family.

  Just ported in from my republic to zym, the roam plus having a 200gb local data, there is also 10gb roaming data in Malaysia and 3gb roaming data sharing across 12 countries. There is a port in bonus, 5g connectivity for 90days and extra 28gb local data. I like that the app is easy to use and user friendly

  it's remarkable to hear extensive recognition for Zym's customer service. I have consistently been highly impressed by their level of support. Recently, I was encountering technical challenges, facing an issue with the application i then contacted their service line. They instantly understood the issue, efficiently identified solutions, and considerately guided me through each step of the resolution process. I was particularly impressed by their calm and collected manner.

  i went to their physical store at ubi mdr, i went there during my lunch hours as it was a walking distance from my work place to there which is really convenient. i went get a sim card to port in from my republic to zym. i heard quite a few positive feedback and comments on zyms roaming plan. Used it for quite some time now.

  Really like zym's roaming plan, connectivity was great even when i was underground. I saw many positive comments and feedback about their customer service, and not long ago, I got caught up in a technical difficulty leading me to contact their service line. I explain to them briefly about what had happened and they came up with a solution as quick as a lighting. I was awestruck by their fast thinking and impress by their problem-solving skills!

  They just came out with a new plan and decided to help my sister to switch to the new Zym Flexi Duo plan when her old plan finish, and it only cost $7 per month, it's definitely a steal! This plan will save her much more money compared to their previous roaming chargers.

  From what i had seen from the feedback, Zym customer service impress me too. I went to their front counter customer service, they were very patient and knowledgeable, i went there planning to get a roaming plan but not sure which plan i should get, they then explain to me all their roaming plans advantages and disadvantages and asked what type of plan i am looking for, after that suggesting which one is the closest type of plan that i prefer. In the end, i got the roam smart. Grateful for the staff lady help.

  Used Zym Roaming Plan for quite a few months now, really grateful for their customer service they provided, i heard many praise about zym and decided to sign up for zym! Always been a person who appreciate good services and good product! could not say enough about how good their roaming plan is.

  Have been using zym roaming plan for a while now, bought it like around last month, so its been a month plus i have been trying their plan, got to admit the connection is stable and smooth, so far not complaints. Glad i switch to zym! Shall recommend my family to sign up for zym too!

  Got the roam smart and used it for around 3 weeks+ already and so far is good, the connection is really stable and smooth. Really glad that i purchase roaming data plan from zym !
