got the roam saver for just $7.77 per month, 100gb local data, 2g data roam share across (malaysia indonesia thailand philippines taiwan india) 6 countries! i think is a good price for me as i am on a budget in finding roaming plan, it would be great for those who are looking for a affordable roaming plan to get.0

i ported into Roam Plus 4G, given100gb local data with 10gb roaming data in Malaysia and 3gb roaming data sharing among 12 different countries. Also have 5g connectivity for the 90days and free caller id and incoming call forever. Glad they have the port in bonus as i wanted a caller id for quite sometimes already as some people would still use normal phone call to call in.0

Appreciate ZYM's customer service, my work place is near their HQ, had some technical issues so i went to their customer service for help, the person at the counter was friendly and helpful. Could tell she was willing to help and understand my situation, compare to other customer service it seems like they are only there cause they have to be there.0

[Network] Not sure when but a few days ago, i think the signal was down... saw from online it was cus Singtel service was down thats why the service was off... [Customer Service] would have given 4stars but the customer service exceeded my expectations, went to their customer service placed at ubi, the lady at the counter was really helpful and understanding. I needed help with the zym app as i was new to app, she was patiently teaching me how to use, then i went on asking about the plans they had she explain carefully to me about each plan they had, answering all my question. I can see that she was really attentive to what i said and asked her. Grateful to have such customer service provided!0

[Customer Service] I had some technical difficulties and went to contact ZYM customer service, the lady at the customer service was really patience and attentive, resolved my issue quickly and accurately in less than 10 minutes! Really happy with the customer service! [Mobile App] The mobile app is user friendly, really easy to use.1
