  Never regret switching from circle life to zym, personally i think zym saver is a excellent alternative for those who are looking for a inexpensive and a dependable roaming plan

  In love with zym's roaming plan, connectivity was great even when i was underground. I saw many positive comments and feedback about their customer service, and not long ago, I got caught up in a technical difficulty leading me to contact their service line. I explain to them briefly about what had happened and they came up with a solution as quick as a lighting. I was awestruck by their fast thinking and impress by their problem solving skills!

  A week few weeks ago, i got my new sim and the plan i got was the roam smart, been using it since then, so far all good! connection is not bad, the staff there was really friendly and helpful.

  Heard a lot of positive feedback about zym roaming plan and got myself the roam saver plan to try it out. So far so good, the network connection is good and smooth, never lack when i am using the data outside. The price is worth it to get, would continue to purchase the plan per month:)

  Took some time to think about which plan i should take, in the end i went with ZYM's roam smart as it is more worth it. As when i port in i will get 5g connectivity forever and an extra of 5gb in 9 countries for the first 12 months. I will be getting a total of 200gb local data, 8gb Malaysia roaming data forever, 10gb Malaysia roaming data for 12 months and another 3gb roaming data shared among 12 countries including Malaysia which gives me a total of 21gb roaming data in Malaysia! A few weeks ago, when i was trying to active the sim card, i had some technical difficulty and didn't know what to do, so i called the service line explaining what happened. They grasped the problem immediately and patiently walked me through step by step. I was impressed by their professionalism, deeply grateful for their help they provided.

  From what i had seen from the feedback, Zym customer service impress me too. I went to their front counter customer service, they were very patient and knowledgeable, i went there planning to get a roaming plan but not sure which plan i should get, they then explain to me all their roaming plans advantages and disadvantages and asked what type of plan i am looking for, after that suggesting which one is the closest type of plan that i prefer. In the end, i got the roam smart. Grateful for the staff lady help.

  Roam Plus 4G

  i went to their physical store at ubi mdr, i went there during my lunch hours as it was a walking distance from my work place to there which is really convenient. i went get a sim card to port in from my republic to zym. i heard quite a few positive feedback and comments on zyms roaming plan. Used it for about a few weeks now, no problems.

  Got the roam smart and used it for around 3 weeks+ already and so far is good, the connection is really stable and smooth. Really glad that i purchase roaming data plan from zym!

  I think the Zym roaming plan is worth it to get if u r looking for a budget roaming plan! Zym customer service is good, i went to their store located at ubi and the staff was really helpful when i ask question she answered in a clear and simple way, which was really easy to understand

  Recently i helped my mother to sign up for zym mobile, porting in over from M1 to Zym, into the flexi duo plan as she often go in and out of Singapore to Malaysia, i think this plan suits her daily life now. It i s very affordable and staff was knowledgeable!
