  Took some time to think about which plan i should take, in the end i went with ZYM's roam smart as it is more worth it. As when i port in i will get 5g connectivity forever and an extra of 5gb in 9 countries for the first 12 months. I will be getting a total of 200gb local data, 8gb Malaysia roaming data forever, 10gb Malaysia roaming data for 12 months and another 3gb roaming data shared among 12 countries including Malaysia which gives me a total of 21gb roaming data in Malaysia! A few weeks ago, when i was trying to active the sim card, i had some technical difficulty and didn't know what to do, so i called the service line explaining what happened. They grasped the problem immediately and patiently walked me through step by step. I was impressed by their professionalism, deeply grateful for their help they provided.

  Their customer service are great, when i went to their store to get my new sim card, the staff was really helpful, she was patient with me too. I was grateful for her help in explaining the different in all the roaming plan they had.

  Never regret switching from circle life to zym, personally i think zym saver is a excellent alternative for those who are looking for a inexpensive and a dependable roaming plan.

  The Roam Saver plan that i bought from ZYM was affordable and came with a number of benefits, including roaming data for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand , Philippines, Taiwan and India! The best part about this plan is that , despite the low cost, the data connection is surprisingly fast and doesn't suddenly disappear even when i am underground. The sim card was delivered to me quickly within days and the customer support was great, fully answering all my questions about how to transfer from my old telco and other worries that concerned me!

  Seen quite a few comments about Zym's customer service, i would agree that their customer service line should be praise. I went to their customer service at MDR Limited@ Ubi, i went there yesterday to port into a new roaming plan and the girl at the counter recommended me the plan Roam Smart as its cheaper than the the one i was planning to get and there is more roaming data in Malaysia which was the main point i wanted, so is more worth value, glad that she recommended it to me.

  Roam Plus 4G

  i ported into Roam Plus 4G, given100gb local data with 10gb roaming data in Malaysia and 3gb roaming data sharing among 12 different countries. Also have 5g connectivity for the 90days and free caller id and incoming call forever. Glad they have the port in bonus as i wanted a caller id for quite sometimes already as some people would still use normal phone call to call in

  Bought the roam saver, i think its value for money, its affordable for people like me with budget in mind. Roam saver have 100gb local data with 2gb roaming among 6 countries.

  I tried many in the past few years and none of them works well for me, finally i found zym roaming plan, not only it is affordable it is also reliable. The customer service line is also very responsive, a while ago, i got some issue with the application and i called their service line, explaining detailly on what issue i am having, the lady on the phone quickly understood the problem i was having and ask me to try to power on and off my phone to see if it works and if not i can try to restart my phone. I ended the call and continue to do as i was told and it work. I didn't had a chance to thank her on the phone.

  Appreciate ZYM's customer service, my work place is near their HQ, had some technical issues so i went to their customer service for help, the person at the counter was friendly and helpful. Could tell she was willing to help and understand my situation, compare to other customer service it seems like they are only there cause they have to be there.

  saw many positive comments about Zym roaming plan that why i went to get a roam plan for myself. Been using it for about 2 weeks now so far so good, i like that the plan i bought was affordable and the connection was stable and smooth.
