Network is fine it’s $10 monthly so no complains. However EWL underground has very bad coverage, constantly on 3G. Customer support is nearly non existent, takes few hours to reply you on WhatsApp.0

Porting and activation was easy. Take note you have to pay 2 months advance at the activation collection point. Port in happened on the day of activation at around 11pm and was completed at 1am. It was smooth. So far connection is pretty good, some parts of west area shifts between 3 and 4 bars of signal strength, stable thus far. Northeast line stable. Hopefully on 4th month will not have issues with card charging and have to approach customer service but was told by the counter that if there are any issues I can approach the counter directly as well. Have not used roaming yet. Overall, value for money I will say and pleased with last few days of porting in and usage.0
