GOMO has been generally reliable, with good network coverage and reasonable pricing. However, customer service response could be improved, especially when handling billing or technical issues. It would also be helpful to have more competitive roaming options and clearer communication on promotions and plan changes. Overall, GOMO is a decent choice, but improving customer support and transparency would make the service experience much better.0

[Customer Service] I am really impressed by the service recovery and assistance provided by Jomari (Jom). I have a renewal issue and although he could not solve it, he dealt with it professionally and offered meaning ful help. This is unlike the past 3 service agent who just said “they have escalated the case”. Jom is truly the best and the SingTel/Gomo folks should really value such an employee!0

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?
Yes, you can. However, this is only available for post-paid mobile customers.
All you have to do is:
1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.
2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.
3. Head over to GOMO's website and you'll be able to port your number over
What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?
As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on GOMO's website.
If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
