    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

Terrible! My line is suppose to be ported over this morning at 2am, but it is not. In addition, GOMO has terminated my previous telco. Now I am totally not contactable on my mobile and today is a working day! I have highlighted this to their chat box agent since 8.30am, till now nothing is done to address my issue. It is already more than 12 hrs!

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

Gomo is under Singtel hence I must say the network coverage is one of the best, connectivity is great. $20 nett for 20GB data, 200 mins outgoing call and 200 outgoing SMS is quite a good deal. Incoming calls, caller-ID and SMS are free. Payment wise is easy as it deducts directly from your credit/debit card every month. As I port over from my existing Singtel post-paid plan to GOMO, the port-over process is simple. A new SIM card is delivered to my doorstep by SIngpost according to my chosen delivery time slot. Just have to pop in the new SIM card, waited for about an hour and the SIM card got activated on its own. Really fuss-free. So far I am enjoying GOMO!

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

In my opinion, Singtel GOMO provides the best value for sim only plans. Billing is easy where payment is automatically deducted from your bank account monthly. Besides that, easy to sign up as it can be done online and sim card will be delivered to you. However, they are lacking in terms of customer service. When signing up for this plan, I encountered some difficulties and I was looking for some form of customer support. Tried using the robo chat which apparently was the only way for me to talk to someone, but didn't manage to have my queries cleared. There wasn't any contact number on their GOMO site therefore I decided to contact Singtel, only to be told by the staff that the robo chat was the only way for me to contact someone. After many times of trying to search for an answer from the robo chat, I was finally directed to a customer service personnel. It wasn't clear that I had to search multiple times, and only be directed if I couldn't have my queries cleared, which actually resulted in me wasting so much time trying to contact someone.

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

[Customer Service] [Ease of porting] Literally got scammed by Gomo since they refused to redeliver or refund my SIM card when I missed the first delivery; they should consider clarifying that one delivery attempt is all you'll get. They basically made me pay $20 for a failed delivery attempt, and claimed I took too long to reschedule (too long defined as 9 working days) after misdirecting me to SingPost on my first attempt with customer support. Went through customer support 6 times (yes, that's 6 times I interacted with their infamous chatbot too) and each ended with either misdirection or eventual rejection by supervisors for redelivery or refund request, even when the customer support representatives proposed said resolutions. So in the end, I have a $20 deficit with no Gomo plan that I paid for; simply appalling that an established business (in this case Singtel) can receive payment without delivering stated service. Claims of best network are pointless when your users can't even have a decent port in or customer support experience. To all others considering, please for your sake look elsewhere.

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

I applied for the Sim only mobile plan. I paid the $20, and waited for notifications on collection but didn’t receive anything, no SIM card, no email, no SMS. 2 months later, I asked from the customer service, they said I can’t get the refund because apparently, it’s according to their policy that they don’t give refund if SIM card is lost, damaged, expired or terminated. They did asked me to call SingPost regarding the delivery but it was my fault that I didn’t because I forgot. But I didn’t receive any email/sms regarding the delivery. How is it fair? How do I know that the SIM card was even being sent out? I just feel that gomo could had take more responsibility on this and at least offer to do more eg verifying the order, or my contact details, or sending another new SIM card or liaising with their third party SingPost. All they did was tell me they are sorry and understand my situation, but still can’t refund me. Didn’t offer to do anything or follow up with me in the 2.5 months after I applied for SIM card. And just told me it’s their policy. The worst thing is, if you want customer service, there’s no number to call. Only way is to download the gomo app, chat with a robot. And after a while of not being able to solve your queries with the Robot, then you can chat with a human. But it takes forever for the human to reply. It’s really annoying esp when I am already upset with the problems and still have no one that I can talk to face to face or even through the phone. Bad service. I can’t say anything about the network because obviously I haven’t got a chance to even activate my plan.

Unlike other MVNO Mobile Virtual Network Operator. GOMO is fully Digital Telco (Doesn't rides on other service provider). MVNO includes: Zero1, Circles, Giga, Zero and etc I currently holding 2 plan in comparison (Tested with Huawei Mate 20X). Ookla Speed Test (View Quest Station Orchard Gateway) Singtel CIS Combo 3 + Data 4X = 12GB Avg Download and Upload Speed: 66.1Mbps/10.22Mbps Avg Download and Upload Speed After 6PM: 27.9Mbps/6.19 Mbps Gomo by Singtel = 20GB Avg Download and Upload Speed: 51.5Mbps/11.01Mbps Avg Download and Upload Speed After 6PM: 29.2 Mbps/9Mbps If you are heavily rely on calls and sms (ah-hemmm what year is this?) you get only 200 mins and 200 SMSes. For me, my gomo is use purely on my iPad for work and study as i do not need call time. I do know M1 currently have the best deal for money for only $25 per month, 30GB Data, 1000 SMS and Call. If you are the kind of people that really needs calls, stay at Starhub or Port to M1. If you are the kind of people that only needs data for certain devices, go for Gomo. $20 for 20GB is really good value, unless you spend 24/7 watching 4k Cat's video.

GOMO

The best way for you to resolve this is to call up the company's customer service and check with the representative on what is going on. From there, they will be able to advise and furnish you with the relevant information.

I assume that you are porting over your number. Once you have inserted the sim, they will assign you a temporary number first which will expire once the number porting happens.

Comparing cost to data, Gomo seems better deal. The only thing we won't know yet is how's the network coverage and connections speed. Hope it doesn't sucks like TPG (all underground area no data!)

Well I am Using GoMo and I think the offside is when you want travel, it is not worth to pump the value in for oversea data although you could get the Gomo oversea Sim card but still I don't think it is worth. Other than that, data speed is good but I don't monitor the speed and it is debited from your account to save you the hassleof paying bills..

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?

Yes, you can. However, this is ONLY available for Singtel post-paid mobile customers.

All you have to do is:

1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.

2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.

3. Head over to your nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to port your number over

What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?

As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on gomo.sg.
