    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

Switched from a Singtel 2 year mobile plan to the Gomo sim-only plan, and my monthly mobile bills went down from a staggering $100+ (it is that expensive because I always bust my 4G and these plans always have hidden costs) to $20! Being a data reliant user, these plans suit my needs much more than the traditional telco plans which only provides a mere 4 or 5 GB a month. Even though similar plans like giga provides much more data with abit more cost, gomo with its 20 GB is already a very generous amount as I usually use about 6-8 GB. The only downside is its data roaming plan is quite pricey at $10, and is limited to a select few countries, which makes it not as worthwhile for short overseas trips.

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

I really enjoy GOMO. Even though it's no longer the cheapest plan, I do enjoy the fact that you're able to add roaming data pump at a very affordable rate especially if you need minimal data just to use gmaps ($10 for 10 days among 10 countries, for 1GB). and it's all really easy with their gomo app! countries for roaming data pump are largely asia/AU: australia, hong kong, indonesia, japan, macau, malaysia, philippines, south korea, taiwan, thailand

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

I think this is really quite worth it. I bought the 20gb for $20. It means im paying 1gb for $1. Its definitely better than other plans out there but of course other telco might have better plans

Hassle free sign up. Call duration and mobile data quota are well within my requirements. Would recommend it to users who want an overall balance of services

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

On CS: It’s cheap with $1/Gb. And that’s what you get. Unless you want to pay another $10-30/mo for extra service, can’t really complain. Got some issue with porting in from starhub since my registered particulars a bit different. Then got directed by chat bot to some FAQ, then suddenly got sms with link to singtel website to update my particular. On coverage: I live in paya lebar, working in tj pagar, and coverage is good in both area, including MRT. So far, 4G all the way. On porting in: You need access to your old number. Do not terminate your old number until your new gomo is activated. The sim card will arrive first. But you need to wait another 2-3 days until porting in is done. Only after it got activated (you will receive sms), then you can change sim card. When in doubt, ask your current telco on the procedure, or re read all of the FAQ and the emails from gomo. Its quite detail.

Absolute nightmare. Problems every step of the way. Their customer service portal on the website is frustrating beyond belief. They never answer any questions directly. Horrible, horrible service. Use any other provider.

GOMO

The best way for you to resolve this is to call up the company's customer service and check with the representative on what is going on. From there, they will be able to advise and furnish you with the relevant information.

I assume that you are porting over your number. Once you have inserted the sim, they will assign you a temporary number first which will expire once the number porting happens.

Comparing cost to data, Gomo seems better deal. The only thing we won't know yet is how's the network coverage and connections speed. Hope it doesn't sucks like TPG (all underground area no data!)

Well I am Using GoMo and I think the offside is when you want travel, it is not worth to pump the value in for oversea data although you could get the Gomo oversea Sim card but still I don't think it is worth. Other than that, data speed is good but I don't monitor the speed and it is debited from your account to save you the hassleof paying bills..
About GOMO
OperationsGOMO uses the same Singtel 4G network which means GOMO subscribers enjoy the same mobile surfing speeds and network coverage as Singtel Mobile customers.
Contract LengthNo contract
Data RoamingNot available for now, however, you'll get a FREE GOMO Travel SIM worth $20 with every sign-up (for a limited time only!)

About GOMO

GOMO is a simple no-contract SIM only plan that is brought to you by the folks at Singtel.

For $20 a month (inclusive of GST), you will get

Best of all, caller ID and incoming calls are FREE. And there're no excess charges after you have fully utilised your plan bundle. Your plan is valid for 30 days and will be automatically renewed so you have a seamless experience!

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?

Yes, you can. However, this is ONLY available for Singtel post-paid mobile customers.

All you have to do is:

1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.

2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.

3. Head over to your nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to port your number over

What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?

As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on gomo.sg.

If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
