Gomo so far did not give me any problem at all. 5g network give me 200-500mpbs all the time while in public. Gomo help from the app is very helpful and they solve enquiry very fast. But it will be great is the gomo app could be less glitchy.0

came from m1(worse speed and connection) not sure why are they not fixing it. switch from ZYM to GOMO don't get me wrong both are good MVNO with speed and connectivity, but GOMO price are the best imo. yeah, they have 24/7 chat which will respond to you sometimes there's a delay to it but still not a big deal for me as you won't be chit chatting with them 24/7. only downside for me for GOMO is I would prefer a monthly receipt which indicates my name and my mobile number I'm using. hope they implement this in near future.0

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?
Yes, you can. However, this is only available for post-paid mobile customers.
All you have to do is:
1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.
2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.
3. Head over to GOMO's website and you'll be able to port your number over
What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?
As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on GOMO's website.
If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
