I was an existing customer of GOMO for a few years and I decided to port out of GOMO to GIGA for more data plan (5G) and slightly cheaper rates. However, after porting over to GIGA, I realised I do not have 5G connection.. so I had been trying to contact a live agent to resolve my connection issue with GIGA via their whatsapp hotline, app, email and website.. horrible experience with GIGA as I have yet to get any response from GIGA at all. So I had decided to port back to GOMO. That’s where I must say, GOMO 24 hours live help on it’s app is amazing. Within minutes, I was able to be connected to a live agent, and after trying a few methods, I was able to get 5G connection. Customer service was fast, prompt and resolve your issue quickly without any hassle. Highly recommend GOMO although you are paying slightly higher price (not significant) than GIGA or any other service provider.. its totally worth it.0

[Customer Service] Is 24/7 and had a pleasant experience with Roel. One thing about the billing is that it is quite rigid as i could not terminate my line halfway through the month otherwise i will still have to pay for the entire bill cycle. Reason being the bill has been billed at the beginning of the month. Network wise, Gomo is superior over Giga and M1 when in lift. Bit Giga offers nice numbers to select from. M1 is not bad too as i have few lines with them too. Cost wise gomo line is definitely higher than M1 bespoke sim only plans, although GOMO plan has free caller id but M1 line has free weekend data. With caller id call added, it is still cheaper than gomo in terms of bundled data and free unlimited weekend data. If u need more reliable network coverage in most spots, go for GOMO/ Singtel, for you get what you paid for right?😅0

Ported from M1 to Giga. Had technical issues and some of my apps could not received SMS OTP. Giga customer services was very unresponsive. And when there is an actual person looking into my issues, the problem was resolved temporarily and I was unable to receive SME OTP for some of my apps. Again customer service was responisve after mutiple attempts. Had enough of Giga and switched to GOMO. Issues that I faced were still present. However GOMO customer service was responsive and patitently guided me to do basic troubleshooting. When it did not work, a customer service personnel from SIngtel responded to me to understand the whole situation. Steve from the team updated me the action taken and managed to resolve my issues with the technical team. The GOMO connection is far superior than M1 and slightly better than Giga. Thank you Steve from GOMO for your patience and excellent support.0

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?
Yes, you can. However, this is only available for post-paid mobile customers.
All you have to do is:
1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.
2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.
3. Head over to GOMO's website and you'll be able to port your number over
What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?
As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on GOMO's website.
If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
