Speed and coverage are very good as its tapping on Singtel reliable and vast network. Customer support took a long while as you have to chat with a chatbot which was useless (dumb-no real AI) but once they activated a real human agent (Edgar) to chat, he was super helpful and guided me to reset ‘Network Settings’ on my iPhone 17 Pro. The whole process of port-in wasn’t ’seamless’ as claimed by GOMO marketing as after my port-in line from M1 was completed, I still have to shut down my phone to activate the process of using GOMO mobile service from M1 mobile service. But my original phone line number still didn’t show up on my iPhone 17 pro (it was still showing a temporary eSIM number provided by GOMO) and had to be ‘reset’ to really show my original phone number on my iPhone 17 pro. So the porting process was not ‘seamless’ for me with some hiccups and anxieties which was the downside of this whole thing. Otherwise, it would be perfect! In any case, it’s still worth it and value for money as the coverage and speed of this 4G SIM only mobile plan from GOMO are far superior to M1! Definitely no regret in changing to GOMO!0

I have recently switched to GOMO and the worldwide data roam of 10GB works wonders! Didn't need to purchase any travel esim or extra data pack for a 1 week trip in Japan since it is already part of my plan. I also love the part where I can bank my excess data for rewards that can be redeemed later. No regrets!0

Speed is good considering its tapping on singtel network. Customer support takes very long to reach a human agent but once you are there they are super helpful. Even though they say they that do not convert physical sim to esim. The CS assisted to help me with the request. The app is IFFY right now and was unable to update my email but the CS once again was able to help me with the updating. All in all for a VMNO i would say they are pretty decent and worth it.0

Very nice to use. [Ease of porting] - Easier to set up got esim event you change to a new phone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ [Network] - sometimes quite unstable, but the international roaming package is quite good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ [Customer Service] - Sometimes reply abit slow via app. However they can help you solve your problem remotely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ [Mobile App] - quite clear cut. But I would suggest if you can put a page where we can find our esim QR code. As sometimes people don’t keep their email for long time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️0

My overall experience with Bobby live chat was the best so far, as he understands what I want. But I would like to feedback , gomo bot live chat waiting time was too long for emergency cases. A traditional hotline would be a better way to solve immediate problem. Not everytime I can be ready and available to chat on bot as I need to type message. I prefer talk directly on phone when I am driving etc0

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?
Yes, you can. However, this is only available for post-paid mobile customers.
All you have to do is:
1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.
2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.
3. Head over to GOMO's website and you'll be able to port your number over
What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?
As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on GOMO's website.
If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
