Starhub shutdown 5g nsa. Their 5g sa coverage is also patchy.

Overall, StarHub's plans might not be the cheapest across the board but they are still rather affordable. One of their plans, the 35 GB - 1-year contract SIM Only @ $35/per month, is good value for money. Not only do you get 1,000 min talktime, you also only pay $0.71/GB - which might not be the cheapest, but it is very affordable.
Additionally, StarHub being a more established telco, probably has better standards of services in terms of customer service and network connectivity.

Hi CJ, how did you eventually get in touch with StarHub on porting out of your Star Plan? I am having the same issue now - I'm unable to port in to Zero1 because they said my number is "cancelled" under StarHub. It's evidently still very active under the Star Plan, I have reached out to all their human channels but none could help because the only way to seek help is through the StarHub app's chat - and nobody ever replied! At wits end.
