      MyRepublic SIM Only Value Plan

Totally regret moving to MyRepublic from M1. Except for porting and maybe network, the rest are hopeless. Sent email after email regarding account, received auto acknowledgment immediately, but after that zero response!!! Definitely will discourage anyone i know from signing up !!!

      MyRepublic SIM Only Value Plan

Got my first sim only plan . First ever from myrepublic . Ported from StarHub 24mth contract standard. Reason why I chosen MyRepublic. I have use before their broadband service in the past and I can say . Never had a problem before. So this time round I decided to go for them not because of their service but also their affordable legacy plan . 17 dollar getting 500 mins 500 sms and also 50gb data and unlimited there after which is on managed spd . For 17 dollars I compared. It was the best value of it's tier I have been using it for a month and I can say really damn happy with the hop. I have thought of going to tpg honestly for a long time. But I'm very concern about their network. Doing alot of research and see many people mentioning about the network unable to use on trains . Thus I have choosen the $17 dollar MyRepublic plan. No complains at all! Signing off

      MyRepublic SIM Only Lite Plan

I’m hesitating either My Republic or the other telco that give 50GB for $10, but after reading many reviews, I decided to stick with My Republic. I owned 2 line with MR now. Connection so far so good. Customer service excellent. Porting completed overnight. As for mobile App, the response is rather slow. I will recommend those who want to save $$ on Sim only plan to hop on to MR. You will not regret.

      MyRepublic SIM Only Value Plan

The value plan is suitable for me as I only use mobile data connection moderately. So far the speed and network coverage is ok.

      MyRepublic SIM Only Core Plan

[TL;DR] All in all, their plans are great. Have been with their broadband for many years as well and is satisfied with its performance so far. But their customer service and customer-centricity in that respect is pretty bad. Just pray nothing goes wrong, if it does, don't count on customer service doing you any good. [Network] Generally happy with the plan itself, good emphasis on the data, light on the SMSes and call time - which is more suitable for current daily usage. [Customer Service] [Ease of porting] Customer support and port-in was a terrible experience for me. Tried to sign up (and port-in) from about mid-Dec, but was rejected due to technical issue on MR's side. Nonetheless, they do not care to update me when the issue was resolved, nor did they actually publish information about this technical issue anywhere on their publicity. It was a very one-sided effort from me as a customer from mid-Dec to almost mid-Jan, with a few trips to malls (fighting queues to get in) to inquire about the status myself. I wrote in to their customer service after my second rejection on 4th Jan but only received a reply on 11th Jan after my issue was resolved by myself. In their email, they were just being casually and insincerely apologetic. Please learn to be more forthcoming and take the initiative to reach out to your customers, especially when things go south. [Mobile App] Find it to be pretty laggy. Not particularly user friendly.
