[Network] For some reasons, every time my phone disconnects from a WIFI network, the Mobile network does not work even tho it is showing as connected. I have to turn on and off Airplane mode to reset the connection in order for the mobile network to work. Was in Malaysia for 5 days last week, similarly connection shows connected but no network. Have tried reset network settings, tried Selecting only CELCOM as per MR FAQ, and even off and on roaming and airplance mode. Whole ordeal of trying to connect took about an hour and i was on the road driving without GPS and had to stop roadside to troubleshoot the connection. Such waste of time. Back to Singapore and the mobile network is still horrible with similar no connection after disconnecting from WIFI and every single time had to reset via airplane mode. Redundant service, where it bring me to my next frustration. [Customer Service] For those who wishes to sign up MR, take note on the customer service when things goes wrong. Every #$%ing time when you need to contact their customer support, You have either options to submit a request, which will take you for as long as until MR wishes to reply to you, Or call their technical team which they hardly pick up your call, or experience the horrendous live chat which prompts you repetitive verifications OVER and OVER until you give up getting your issue heard for someone to assist you. Their Live chat is extremely frustrating to use and with all the BOT verification which does not provide a proper solution, yet MR doesnt bother to address this customer experience. When you finally connect with a live agent, you may be so frustrated that you give up explaining what you first reach their live chat for. FURTHERMORE, when you got disconnected from their live chat with an agent, Good Luck to you going through the same #$%ing Ordeal with the ChatBot all over again. New signers, You may not experience the disastrous customer service until you encounter issues with their network. Make your decision Wisely. MR team, This is not the first time i raise my experience with your livechat. Countless times i've tried to contact you but there dont seem to be any improvements to our experience. Hence, dont be surprise to find such lengthy complains here for everyone's tranparency2

[Network] Riding on Starhub, as expected, superb network and speed. No issue everywhere, especially in trains underground, still connected. [Customer Service] Only needed their service once. It was a good experience talking to their customer service. [Ease of porting] Ported out from my old telco, very easy. Less than 3 days i already got ė esim. [Mobile App] Easy to use. What more you need in ė application? Other than checking your usage, pay ė bills, addons? All are there [Billing] Cheap plan, good network, happy customer here.0

Have been a user since their launch, and the connectivity and coverage has been stable and good. There's some occasional downtime, but these are rectified fast most of the time. Good pricing, but best of all is that there is no need to fret about exorbitant spikes when the data cap has exceeded. C11369000

Been using myrepublic for a long time. Its always reliable but it does take time to increase coverage across the entire island so i understand coverage isnt perfect. But its improving, increasing and still maintaining the same service levels I wanted. Good pricing and no headaches over lack of data, what else is there to say. Yes there are some downtimes (frankly, just really rare), but you get the same number of downtimes anywhere else.1

I was just upgraded to 150GB from 100GB at no extra cost. ive been on this plan for quite a few years now and Myrepublic is kind to give me this upgrade. honestly, i think myrepulic customer experience has been really cool. i only just switched to myrepublic less than 5 years ago. prior to that i was using a major telco for 15 plus years and it hasnt delighted me the same way myrepublic did. good job, thk u !0

Thanks for the free data plan upgrade! Definitely make my day! Previously, I encountered issue trying to get back my e-sim and the customer service officer was so helpful and patient! He even offered to call me back to check that everything is okay, so I need not try to go through the queuing in the hotline again! I think Myrepublic only needs a small booth in more locations - the store in Nex is too big and I see no purpose as it is always empty.0
