      M1 SIM Only 80GB Plan

[Customer Service] I have calling 1627 fpr almost 8 days and i have been waiting for more than an hour before my call is answered. sometimes the CSO cuts my line for no apparent reason. Whwn finally i get to talk the CSO they promised me they will call me back within the same day BUT till now no call back from this CSO Eleena. She is a useless CSO no responsibilty. I was charged for IDD calls almost for $100. All the IDD calls was made to my own number by right it should show the overseas numbers but NO it shows to my own number. The CSO acknowledge they will waive off my IDD Charges but till now it was not done. Regretting choosing M1. I pray this company will closed down soon. Please God GRANT my wish.....

M1’s customer service is terrible. Called the hotline a couple of times but the staff could not resolve my issue. Did an early termination of my lines subsequently and the M1 app immediately removed my numbers so I cannot view the final bill. Not sure how does M1 expect their customers to pay their final bills when the bills cannot be viewed? Got onto M1’s FB page to post my feedback. 3 days of wait and they are still trying to find out what my issue is. And that is after I provided them with my lines, the last 4 digits of my NRIC and my DOB. Thankful that I made the decision to terminate my contract with them.

I can't even get my ebill properly. Big waste of time. Tried to login to collect my ebill for port over and it kept saying error. Tried to call hotline for assistance but took forever. Very bad experience. Also not reliable at all times

[Customer Service] Encountered bad service and bad attitude from M1 staff from Woodlands Causeway Points, staff name : Yvonne Goh. She try to make things difficult when exchanging a router due to router faulty caused many days without wifi. As I am helping my family member to exchange a faulty router from M1, provided an authorises letter with signature and original hard copy of family member(Subscriber)NRIC. She, Yvonne Goh, told me, the signature must be 100% tally with document signed in order to exchange a new router. I tried to reason with her and long waited, in order to get an exchange of a new router. Will never use M1 again due to inflexible and lousy service provided by the staff.

I am using M1 for 23 yrs. It is sad to say, I no longer have hopes for M1. Seeing M1 from being a good telco, to bad, to worst. Sharing my experience for your reference and judgment, if you are considering M1 as your Telco. Network Coverage. "Dead Spot" at the same location that was FULL Signal / 3 Signal bar location at my office area in Tuas. Literally uncontactable during office hrs. and have to give out office landline instead. I called M1 CS and they replied their engineer knows about the issue and not able to find a solution, till to date April 2023. Island-wide dead spot at location you need to use data. Customer Service. I was calling to enquire about the 80GB / 100GB "NO CONTRACT" Forever Now with True 5G plan, while I was still on the line; suddenly there was no sound and I can see I was still connected and the call was drop, with no call back. M1 used to be renowned for its customer service, which has taken a plummet. The M1 shop at IMM, I was harsh away for enquiring about the plan and told to call 1627, as the shop only does mobile contracts sign up with phone. False Advertising. Folks, 80GB / 100GB "NO CONTRACT" Forever Now with True 5G plan is not what the ad appears to be. - True 5G is CHARGEABLE !! every month on top of the price shown in the ad. - NO CONTRACT !? you need to lock in 24 months contract with True 5G. There is no mention or fine print on the above in the ad. Absolutely misleading to lure you in.

      M1 SIM Only 80GB Plan

Beware: People who wear Apple Watch - M1’s new Bespoke Sim-Only plans cannot offer NumberShare!!!! Hubby just ported over to M1 yesterday afternoon - then realised that he didn’t setup NumberShare - so we returned during lunch time today (less than 24 hrs from porting). Can you imagine our horror, when they tell us they have NO SOLUTION to our problem?!!! Because their new system does not support their NumberShare - only their legacy plans do. But there’s no way we can move to their legacy plans - only way is to port our number to another telco, then come back to M1!!!! Can you beat this? Showing a newly acquired customer the door because your salesperson didn’t do due diligence to check on such a pivotal feature - if you see a customer wearing an Apple Watch that is not supported on your new plans, shouldn’t you sell the legacy plans that support NumberShare?!! Now we have been shown the door because their sales guy sold the wrong service to us?!!! A person’s incompetence and a company’s non-readiness becomes our inconvenience and problem. I just ported over to M1 6 mths ago and now think I should just get out. Utterly disgusted and disappointed with the level of customer service at M1!!!

[Billing] We have been M1 customer for many years and had no major issues until the recent migration to “upgraded system” when re contract . We have 4 lines (family package) and 2 of the lines were migrated to new system with new account this Feb. Last month, our “1st encounter” of 2 lines being cut off by M1 in our new account due to overdue payment of $100 plus for a few days. Pretty shock M1 did that to their loyal customers ,without sending any notification of when the lines were to cut off. Very upset but still I thought I was also at fault of not making payment on times so I even make double payments , one by mobile app through credit card and also went to SAM machine to make another payment. Not knowing the rule of reconnection, we waited patiently for 2 days, NOTHING HAPPENED. We were getting a bit panicked as we needed to use the phones for school and business so we called customer service and was told the lines were supposed to AUTO reconnect by 2 hours after payment. NOTHING HAPPENED for more than 2 days. She was pretty helpful and reconnected the lines “manually “ . We told her “this disruption cannot happen again as it cause great inconvenience “. She guided us to setup AUTO recurring deduction through mobile app , we thought “all is well “ even though still upset with M1 for the treatment. Today 20/3/23, “OOPS! M1 DID IT AGAIN”. Our lines were cut off due to overdue payment of $96 for few days. I called M1 and spoke to customer service no. 1 why our lines were cut off as we had already set up the Recurring deduction through app. She checked and verified the AUTO DEDUCTION had been set up but the system failed to deduct and my account was overdue a few days. Therefore, our lines were cut off. She said she will monitor and help to reconnect the line in 2 hours , that was supposed to be 2.35pm (2 hours after my payment), I waited until 3pm, NOTHING HAPPENED. I called again, spoke to customer service no. 2, told him my bad experiences and asked him to help to reconnect the line “manually”, He asked me to wait one hour, I did, after more than 1 hour, NOTHING HAPPENED. I called customer service no. 3, at first he said he can’t do much but could only put up request and had no authority to reconnect “manually” , it was up to “back room” to settle the issue. I was adamant this was not the case last time. He was pretty helpful , listen to my bad experiences and help to seek “higher authority “ to reconnect our lines. Our lines finally reconnected after 5 hours from my payment. I had wasted 5 hours today calling 3 customer services staff instead of going out to run my errands. We have 2 lines under old account and we will not transfer to new accounts but will change to another service provider. The new account will not recontract when expire. I cannot afford to waste another day like today. M1, you are better than that.

Network is quite bad. Very hard/slow to receive and send messages even in common places like friends' houses and bars/restaurants. (frequently get 2 bar network) Customer service is bull. I've requested for port in when I signed up for the plan (plan mentioned free delivery and free port over). Upon receiving the new sim card, it mentioned to download the M1 Maxx mobile app in order to use my sim card. I've tried with my mobile number but I can't register. Upon calling the customer service, the person told me to choose a new number and M1 will automatically help me port over my number within 1~3 working days and I won't have to do anything but clear my mobile bill with the previous telco. I've cleared my mobile bill but my number still didn't port over after 2 weeks. Called the customer service again. The person told me I did not request for port over. And I have to request and wait 1~3 working day again. Paying extra phone bill $ for stupid reason
