GOMO is a simple no-contract SIM only plan that is brought to you by Singtel. For $20 a month (inclusive of GST), you will get 20GB worth of data, 200 mins outgoing talk time and 200 outgoing SMSes.

GOMO is also one of the newer SIM Only mobile plan telco providers that are data-heavy and price competitive.

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

[Network] lousiest network ever - keep prompting me "No SIM card" message [Customer Service] worst ever customer service, never delivered service on time. no actual line to reach them, always need to spend 5mins verbally fighting with the robot before you can start texting a real human. They apologize ever time you express your frustration and dissatisfaction and continue doing the same, i.e., if you decide to switch to GOMO, you decide to introduce all these absurdity to your life. [Mobile App] sending you useless promo / updates but does not resolve your issues nor get you to the right person (if GOMO does have such a person)

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

Had a terrible experience with GOMO and will never trust it again. I couldn't port in my number as an error message keep caming up, tried to resolve it with their online customer service and they were never able to help me with the problem I was having. They kept delaying replies and giving me responses which did not help in my situation. I got annoyed sitting infront of my screen typing the same problem to the numerous online staff that were trying to help solve my problem. They were just not apt to solve it and I wasn't able to use my GOMO sim even though I paid for it and was not able to get a refund as well. Overall terrible experience

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

[Ease of porting] Hi to whoever’s considering porting over to GOMO, let me share my extremely negative experience. I ported over from Singtel on Friday 2pm, it is now Sunday 10am and my line has yet to be activated. I have contacted their chat a total of 5 times. The first time they told me that they had raised it up to the relevant department and that I need to wait a little longer. No accountability and no answers. The second time was at the 6h mark of no service. This particular chatline staff was slightly better, apologised promptly and told me to wait till 2am because that’s the peak working hour of getting lines fixed. At the 16h mark, I have had to grapple with being uncontactable at work, being unable to even log in to wireless sg without a line and unable to book a grab for transport. I contacted them again and a chatline staff by the name of Marielle just insisted I wait the full 24h. I asked for answers but all she told me was that it has already been raised to the relevant department. I asked how long more then do I have to wait? She said 24h. Once again, no answers, no service recovery, no callback offer. The next day at the 24h mark, I am still without a line, wholly dependent on WiFi. I contact them again, and they tell me that it has already been raised to the relevant department I just have to wait. I ask for answers, and the chatline staff said he’s just a chatline staff, all he can do is check the system, and the system just says that it has already been raised to the relevant department. I demand a callback at 8am at this point. Today, 10am, almost 48h later and I still have no line. I end up conversing with Marielle again, and I’m not sure if she was the Marielle who told me to wait 24h. She says it has been raised already just wait. I asked why I have to wait a whole 48h why is the relevant department that you have raised the issue to not doing anything? She tells me it’s the weekend and the IT department will only be back tomorrow. It may only be settled on Monday. Once again I had to ask for a callback. Come on gomo. Your service recovery is non existent. And being a telco do you think going 48h without a line is reasonable? And to tell me that the IT people don’t work on weekends so I can only possibly get my line up and running tomorrow,72h later?????? Everyone please know that their port in ISNT good or efficient at all!

Totally agree on this. Similar case, i ported over to gomo. They told me 2am i can put in my gomo simcard, and my number will be ported over. I head to put the simcard in the morning heading out. The whole day i have no network or data connection. Whole freaking day, chat with them twice, both person said the same thing. expedite the process, half a day close to 8 hours. still have not update me on any information.

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

Gomo systems are not customer-centric. I was a former singtel user & switched to gomo. Gomo app is below standard. The renewal service is not continuous. My mthly cycle ends on 1 oct & gomo only renewed my plan settings on 2 oct after 8am!!! So i can't make calls before 8am if my talktime is zero. I switching to other telco

    GOMO SIM Only Mobile Plan

[Network] [Mobile App] [Billing] I ported over from Singtel to GOMO and it has been a pleasurable and seamless experience. It is fuss-free and GOMO offers a good base plan of 20gb for $20. Try to capitalise on their discount/promotions whenever they have them to get more bang for your buck!

Yes, you can. However, this is ONLY available for Singtel post-paid mobile customers.

All you have to do is:

1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.

2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.

3. Head over to your nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to port your number over

What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?

As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on gomo.sg.

If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
