      GOMO SIM Only Plan

      [Customer Service] 1) I had not received any response from your side despite spending total of 4 and half hours on the chat, but of which only 30min talking to two agents, where most of the time is due to both agent went missing halfway through the chat and only to return one hour later each time. 2) I had contacted support on 8 Oct to request for the termination of my port in request and refund of my payment due to the techinal glitch of your GOMO app where i was unable to key in the promo code. However the 1st agent went missing halfway through the chat for around an hour before returning to ask for further details and then informing me your team will update me via sms later. 3) However, i noticed that on 8 Oct night, my number had been ported despite my earlier request and still no response from your side. Thus i contacted support again as now my number had been ported which also means there is no way to contact me via sms. However the 2nd agent is of no help when i asked how GOMO is going to contact me when i dont have any line. I am reluctant to use the GOMO sim as i had already requested for the termination of port in as well as refund. He kept repeatedly asked me if i want to terminate my line after which my number will no longer be usable. He also did not respond to my queries if there is alternative method for GOMO to contact me. Then the 2nd agent also went missing from the chat for about an hour before returning to ask if i wanted to terminate my line. 4) I am extremely disappointed with how both your agents are unable to respond directly to my questions. On top of this, both went missing for an hour without informing me prior to “going missing” from the chat for around one hour and leaving me there waiting for a response. 5) Now i just wanted to be updated on my request for my refund and it seems there is no way to contact GOMO other than the chat. As for the chat support, i have totally given up hope on them. From a Very disappointed customer

      I would like to thanks Judy the CS for her great service. I am new to GOMO and trying to activate my SIM card. After waiting for more than 4 hours the line is still not activated so Judy helps me with the activation. This is my 3rd SIM card and out of 3 I have problem with 2 SIM cards activation. GOMO may wants to make it Simple.

      Experience from subscription to plan change, add-on roaming to termination was very smooth. Only thing is that I can only check the line via which my device is using (via GOMO app) even though I have subscribed to multiple lines for my family. Overall, still satisfied with the service.

      Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?

      Yes, you can. However, this is only available for post-paid mobile customers.

      All you have to do is:

      1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.

      2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.

      3. Head over to GOMO's website and you'll be able to port your number over

      What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?

      As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on GOMO's website.

      If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
