    • [Network] Have been on giga for about 6 months now and have not experienced any issues with the network to date. [Ease of porting] Was impressed with the ease and efficiency of the porting over process! My new sim card was delivered when they said it would be delivered, and the porting over was completed earlier than expected. [Mobile App] I find the sim-only plan good value for money, especially since giga has been running in-app promos quite often, in which they give users bonus data/minutes etc. [Customer Service] Have not yet had any need to get in touch with their customer service, which is actually a sign that everything is working fine :)

    • [Network] horrible network the past few days. previously will encounter occasional spotty network. shows 4G/4G+ but no internet at all (can't even receive WhatsApp msgs). have to toggle flight mode on and off to refresh the data (which drops the Bluetooth earphones n hotspot connections as well. tedious and disruptive) OR reset the APN OR restart phone..then request the connection help via giga app if it keeps happening. used to only happen a few times a day for a day or 2 then it's stable. past 3 days the network keeps dropping from every 10mins to half an hour. the constant disruption to network is disruptive and unacceptable. think my time with giga is up. was good while it lasted.

      [Billing] Fuss free sim-only plan that is one of the most cost-effective in the market. [Customer Service] Chatbot customer service interface may be abit too unintuitive for some users.

      [Network] Decent network speed, occasional slow/unresponsive internet. However, provider is Starhub, so it's pretty decent. [Ease of porting] Porting took me around 2-3 business working day. Its really quick, you just have to download the application, scan your NRIC and once confirmed, the porting process can be done in the application. [Billing] My billing is via GIRO, and an email notification will be send to me once deduction. Something that i appreciate most is that i signed up for the 40GB plan , and my plan got upgraded to 60 GB automatically and my bill remains the same amount.
