Had been the existing customer for more than 2 years. It is easy to view the bill as it is together with SP bill and not separated like some other electricity retailers. Offer is comparable with other retailers too. Also, it offers better rebates. Customer service staff who attended my call provide great information on renewal. Do note that all plans are auto-renew but there is 30 days grace period for switching new plans. For auto-renewal, had to call or email as it cannot be done on online platform.0
