My 1st signup for Keppel electric was on 15 November 2018 for a 2 year fixed rate contract. The contract will be completed within a few months time. During these 2 years, I have managed to save quite a substantial amount of savings. Moreover, Keppel has also helped those living in 1 to 2 rooms flat residents during this Covid 19 crisis by providing additional help of $120 savings for a period of 6 months. It is a savings of $20 per month from MAY to October 2020. I have benefited from these savings as I am living in a 2 room flat. Thank you Keppel. As such, I will continue to recontract my deal with Keppel again when my contract is expiry during November 2020.

Typically penny pinching Singaporean company with lots of deceiving marketing practices. Shameful

    KNIGHT

I thought I could have the best deal by choosing KNIGHT plan as most of the time my air-cond will be on only at night. But after many months of try to optimize more usage at night...it is hard to beat the FIXED36 in term of per kwH cost. KNIGHT will be probably better than FIXED36 when you have at least 4 units of air-cond turned-on every night...and don't run them during day-time.

[Signup Process] Signup process was simple and easy. All self done online. [Customer Services] Service via email and it replies pretty prompt and fast. Straight to the point solutions. [Portal] Definitely one of the worst portal I have ever encountered. It takes forever to login to their portal and sometimes gets timed out. Their app is basically a copy and paste version of their website portal in an App. This is definitely something they need to improve on.
