We have been with Tuas Power for many years now, and it has been great! There are no issues at all, and their prices are very competitive. Every time I call up the Customer Service when my contract is expiring to ask about new plans or promotions, I was never disappointed. The phone call was answered in 3 rings, and the representative was always polite and knowledgeable. I just signed up with Tuas Power for another 36 months after I was told that the plan was cheaper than before and will be given 50% off for the 1st month. Great job, Tuas Power!
