[Useful For...] Pure cashback. I can usually hit the tiers required over the time period, so using this as my main card to consolidate most of my purchases allows me to enjoy the max cashback. Quite straightforward! [Fee Waivers] Can be done over the phone. Just need to remember to put your bills on time and they’ll usually process the credit card waiver when you call in to request for it via the automated system. I suppose it’ll be better if they just do away with it but I guess they’re hoping some ppl might forget or don’t bother calling in to seek the waiver.

Have been using this card for groceries & family purchases, it’s been a great card for the past 1 year. What I dislike is there’s a minimum $500 required every month & the cashback is quarterly basis instead of monthly basis.

The credit card is no longer waive your annual fees , while you request to waive , it will be rejected , and you need to appeal and appeal again.

What I love most about this card is how easy it is to get rebates for it. There’s so many places and ways to get the cash rebates. However I wish there was a way I could track it via the UOB Mobile App, that could say how much more I needed to spend in order to qualify.

The rebates for this card have been great for me so far - if you are able to easily spend $500 a month, this card is definitely for you. I don’t usually spend so much, but I try to pay first for meals when I eat out with friends / pay for reimbursable company expenses with this card too etc. to hit the criteria. It is strict in the sense that you have to meet the minimum monthly spend for 3 consecutive months to be entitled to the rebates, but as an avid tracker of my daily expenses this is not much of a problem for me. [Fee Waiver] This was thankfully a smooth process, I just had to call their hotline and press the relevant number for fee waiver and voila, waived! The fee was deposited back into my account within the next few days.

Can I ask, so the minimum criteria is just to hit it the first 3 months?

You have to to hit it every quarter if you want to keep getting cashback, not just the first 3 months :) on quarters that you don't hit it for even just one of the months, you won't get any cashback. :( Good to check out the full set of TNCs here: https://www.uob.com.sg/assets/pdfs/one_card_full_tnc.pdf :)
