Porting from Singtel to Giga!

Poor network inside building.

No doubt giga plan is competitive. However when its come to customer support, you will expect star fall from sky. So far my family have 7 line under giga. But when i lost my sim card and i ask for replacement, $10 need to be charged. an acknowledged email will recieve after i place the order. I waited for 2 days no reply. I ask for live agents , no one bother to reply. i only manage to find someone to talk to on the 4th day
