Has anyone experienced porting out of GOMO back to the main service provider i.e. back to a Singtel postpaid plan? Any advice?

Can this be done and will i be able to retain my current number?

I'm having similar experience with GOMO, extremely not flexible with refunds. Running into similar experience here. I once had to add data when I was low on data but the plan was supposed to be refreshed on the same day but did not happen. it only came shortly after I paid extra for data, so as you can imagine, refund was not the option given to me. I'm porting out of GOMO to avoid these unpleasant experience.

Best to check your GOMO billing cycle to avoid a similar experience as mine...

I had ported out of GOMO SIM-only plan on 30 July to Singtel postpaid contract plan. Only realised subsequently that my GOMO billing cycle starts from 29th of the month, i.e. GOMO billed me from 29 Jul to 28 Aug even though I used it for only 2 days. I appealed for a waiver/refund of the pro-rated portion but my request was firmly rejected as they maintained it was in their stated Terms and Conditions!

I feel that GOMO is absolutely inflexible and unaccommodating. No goodwill even I had used it for one year, most disappointing!!
