Been a user of Giga mobile plan from the start, they are leveraging on Starhub mobile network so it will be a similar experience as Starhub.
Lesser customer service though as you mainly deal via giga mobile app itself.
Other than that, all is good and T&Cs are quite similar to other Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) telcos, like GOMO or Simba (TPG), for example.
