For a beginner investor who only wants to buy VWRA, DCA every month / quarter, which broker would be most cost-effective? Also wondering if I should use Endowus instead for their 100% equities?

Consideration for endowus is due to the diversification within the advised portfolio. Also because using them for OA investment since last year.
My intention is to buy and hold long term. I am 30 years old and intend to semi retire by 55.
