[Customer Service] I have no issues on contacting Great Eastern support staff after submitting claims document on ensuring completeness of documents. [Claims Process] I am surprised insurance agent/Great Eastern to reimburse my claims within 48 hours after I submitted a complete documents on hotel cancellation on last trip in May 2023. For that reason, I have been using Singtel travel protect for upcoming trips.0
