After using it awhile and comparing to other robos, Syfe, as its name suggests, helps you to 'save' and also seems rather 'safe'. I like that it is very comprehensive with different risk profiles and types of portfolio options available to choose from. From Cash, to bonds, Equities, Reits, you can hold multiple portfolios within the same account. Furthur you can view all the info real-time from your phone. Very friendly. The process is also simple to sign up and set up the portfolio. It takes a day or two to top up cash, and 2-3 working days to withdraw or transfer cash. They provide transparency and inform you with all the updates. Furthurmore, the returns have been quite consistent and seems better performing than other robo. I have been shifting more monies towards Syfe. With all the customer support, talks and collabs they do. Plus all the tv ads. I do think they have strong outreach, marketing and is poised to grow well.

[Returns Rate] [User Experience] [Waiting Time] The performance of the funds have been really disgusting and poor. A lot of misrepresentation in their way of computed returns. Clearly the fund has been showing a loss of more than 5.25% for REITS + and also more than 2% loss for Core Balanced. Their app still compute a positive return despite the portfolio is making a huge loss. I know investment is doing at your own risk but such performance is worse than any REITS in the market. I strongly will not recommend SYFE products after a lousy one year investment tenure which I have not seen any positive returns so far from the investment. Will recommend anyone to reconsider to put any funds with them at all

I read all the positive comments in this forum and most of them talk about good UI. I lost 5% after 1 year of investment, really lousy fund manager and algorithm.

Hi Susie, may we know if you're referring to the returns displayed on our website? All return figures are transparently displayed; you can see the trailing, per year, and cumulative returns. Kindly note that returns are calculated from 1 Jan to 31 December of a year. As such, the return may be different from your own portfolio return, which depends on when you started investing. We'd also like to share that the REIT+ portfolio is designed to closely track the performance of the iEdge S-REIT Leaders Index. From 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2021, the per year performance has indeed been similar to the index performance. We encourage all clients to keep a long-term perspective when investing; it is not unusual for risk assets to gyrate significantly (either up or down) within a year. While past results are no guarantee of future returns, long-term investing has historically yielded positive results, if given enough time.

[Customer Support] One of the Best and fastest customer support compared to other financial institutions! And their replies are also in-depth and thorough. [User Experience] Love the user interface but I feel its still a work in progress. I do see steady improvements with each iteration and I love the direction its going towards! [Returns Rate] Its not bad! The market is bad now but as someone who understands market movements, i appreciate that my investments are safe and protected from the huge volatile swings.

Can't offer a better RoboAdviser than SYFE. Decent return with a small fee of 0.65% <20k, 0.5% 20-100k and 0.4% for >100k. Haven't had to contact support yet as I have not needed support so can't give my review on that. They're also now opening SYFE Trade which you can buy stock that gives you 2 free trades per month! Pretty good for anyone planning on getting into index funds! No issues from me! 10/10

Really easy to use app with simple UI that I can check my portfolio with in under a minute. Been using Syfe Cash+ for almost a year and have gotten 1% interest. The best part is that there are no fees at all and withdrawal takes only 3-4 days.

Switched from Stashaway to Syfe because I decided to consolidate my investments, and Syfe was the better performing one at that time. Invested in REITS+ and Equity100. App is simple to use for me, could see what I want to know as a beginner investor. Transfer of funds is easy. Nothing much to complain about! Looking forward to exploring their thematic portfolios and brokerage services!

[Waiting Time] The withdrawal time is appalling. Is Syfe going bankrupt? Cash crunch? It takes forever to withdraw and excuses after excuses are given. Feels like they don't have the money to return. Never park large amount of funds with them. [Returns Rate] Rate of return is better than FD but not great either. [Customer Support] No point writing to syfe via e-mail because they do not respond. At all. No status update, no nothing. Just silence and hope you go away. Better off just calling them but they just find some excuse anyway. Overall very poor. Avoid

How long exactly is your waiting time?

Very lousy performing asset class. losing money since day one of my investment 10 months ago. Worst than Fixed deposit frankly. to date loss 3.3 percent. based on poor one year real experience, i would strongly recommended to avoid syfe reit +.

Syfe has to improve in its monthly reports by making statistics much clearer such as having monthly/qtr/yrly/lifetime performance (%) etc.. Right now everything is in numbers and only shows numbers for monthly and lifetime. % performance has to be calculated manually unlike other robos. This can be done better, more transparent.
