I signed up with Tuas Power two month's ago. We are very happy with the new arrangement for the following reasons: 1. The pricing is attractive and it gives 3 years term and good rebates, 2. The service is prompt and courteous from my queries over many points, 3. It combines with SP Power for billing which makes it convenient for monitoring usage and payments, 4. This is my 3rd signup with Tuas Power. The signup/renewal process is simple and fast and easy. There are no hidden costs and the price is maintained for the contract period. The biggest draw is their competitive pricing and loyalty rewards. Another advantage is the consolidated billing with SP Services, so that we see 1 bill every month. My BTO estate recently launched a group-buy promotion on 15 January, but my contract had started earlier on 13 January. I contacted Tuas Power’s Customer Service and was assisted by Christina. As my contract was already active, my request was initially declined, and I was advised to submit an appeal via email. To my pleasant surprise, Christina called me back within just 10 minutes with the good news that she had successfully helped to appeal on my behalf and include my case in the group-buy promotion, understanding that the email appeal process could be lengthy.
