Great customer service. Flexibility to choose contract duration from 12,18 or 24 months. The rates are competitive. What I like is bill payment is integrated with SP services. Use Referral Code "RCERLCP" to get $20 rebate from your bill. Customer Service is utmost important to me when I consider any services. I am glad to testify that Tuas Power has excelled my expectations. I test by calling their hotline to clarify some T&C and fact sheet queries, my call was answered within few seconds and I am speaking to a real person. My start date from the system is 3 weeks later, so I called up the hotline to ask them to expedite and they moved almost 2 week earlier. Online application process took 1 to 2 min (prepare your latest SP bill to attached).0
