I think Tuas Power maintaining a good reputation in the electric market. I choose Tuas Power because it has a comprehensive system on the U-Save deduction and was clearly declared on the invoice copy.l am happy the way it managed. This is my second renewal and l am looking forward for more discount for the third renewal. Here is my unpleasant experience. Previously, l subscribed from another electric vendor four years ago. Due to their inappropriate deduction on the U Save matter, l am not happy because the U- Save rebate was not deduct from the total bill or under deduct, nor reluctant to declare the deduction on the invoice copy. Thereby, l refused to renew the contract with them. Eventually, the company have to shutdown due to loss of key contracts and intense competition from a stronger market.0
