Before my switch, my call to the customer service hotline was picked up promptly and all my queries was answered clearly and in detail. During the account transfer process, you will be notified promptly by email at every stages for your assurance. Coupled with the same SP bill for your electricity, water and gas and also direct deduction of U-Save rebates and many more perks for T+ Privilege!
