[Ease of set up] Setting up is similar to other providers. No issues seen! [Customer Service] Was responsive over mail. Since I was travelling during the time of requesting new connection communication was on mail and chats, helpful and resolved issues! [Connectivity and Speed] Value for money! I had 500MBPS earlier. With new connection being 1gbps/line it is definitely faster than this. Also if required I can connect to another WiFi modem with another 1gbps. So definitely value for money.0
