      [Connectivity and Speed] Connectivity is up most of the time. delays is noticed. Speed is overall good. setting up is simple. customer service is readily available with some patience and waiting.

      [Hidden Charges] [Customer Service] [Connectivity and Speed] Seriously, if I could downgrade it to -10 stars, I would gladly do so. People who are considering Singtel to be their network provider. Think twice or even thrice. Salesperson came in when I'm not around to promote their service. And yes, they target my parents who aren't tech-savvy, research-oriented. Told them my previous fibre broadband was 'old'. Ended up with a 2-year contract with terrible connections, packet losses, long buffering times, and a bloody lousy router. A technician came down and told us it's due to neighbors' interferences? I didn't have that issue last time. Go screw yoursel, stupid brand.

    • [Connectivity] I subscribed to a 300 Mbps home fibre broadband package but when I did a speedtest on Ookla (and also other speedtest websites), I found that at times (especially during the night), the speed is less than 10 Mbps. Because this problem only arises at certain times in the night, it seems obvious that the problem is that there is low bandwidth during these times and Singtel needs to increase the bandwidth in my local area network. [Customer Service] Because the service has been deteriorating, I asked Singtel if I have fulfilled my contract because I am thinking of terminating my broadband service. I was chatting with the agent on WhatsApp. I waited 1 hour for them to answer my question (Have I fulfilled my contract for the home broadband service?)...the reason: the agent told me it was her meal break....so in the middle of a whatsapp conversation, the agent decides it is more important to take her meal break than to finish up with a customer's query. Also, when I said I was thinking of terminating my Singtel service, there was no attempt to try and resolve the problem. Instead the agent simply said "Sure.....". This is how much Singtel cares about its customers. [recommendation] I have been with Singtel for more than 10 years but the level of service is getting from bad to worse. I stayed with them because my phone line is tied to my internet service but I have had enough of this poor quality of service. If you are looking for an internet service provider, try looking elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend Singtel even if you were my worst enemy

      [Connectivity and Speed] I will let the facts speak for themselves. I was in a Zoom call with a relatively remote part of Cambodia. Their connection from an unknown Cambodian ISP was stable. My Singnet connection was intermittent. I know because the Zoom notification said so. I got logged out of Zoom. I restarted my system. 10 minutes later, the intermittent problem happened again. And I got logged out. Again. *Slow clap PS. This is not an isolated incident. It had happened with other meetings before.
