Whizcomms has one of the cheapest broadband plans in Singapore and usually scores a good ranking on SeedlyReviews. Whizcomms provides affordable fibre broadband plans starting from $24 per month for 1 Gbps for a no-frills plan. Whizcomms' plans are simple and easy to understand - with 2 speed types - 300 Mbps and 1 Gbps. From these 2, consumers have the choice of a broadband plan either without a device, with a router, or a Wi-FI Mesh.

      WhizComms 1Gbps No Frills Plan - 24 months

      [Ease of set up] Someone came and setup the hardware. But cannot connect to internet, he said there are some software and backend issue. Wait for a whole day, no one called me back, no update. Still cannot use it now. [Connectivity and Speed] Cant use. No internet at all. [Customer Service] Totally rubbish CS, reached the cs via online chat. Spent me 2 hrs to chat, totally no help. Slow response from the live chat, he neither can provide any useful information/ solution/ suggestion nor be able to discuss the cost/ administration stuff to me. He can do nothing, i dont know why he can be a service support. Just solve your customer’s problem and provide the network.

      WhizComms Mesh Wi-Fi Solution Plan - 24 months

      [Connectivity and Speed] Very poor connectivity. Subscribe to 1Gbps but they cap the speed to 100mbps. It's even slower than my 4G mobile network. Pathetic! [Perks] No loyalty perks.

      Hi Matt, we regret to hear you are dissatisfied with your internet experience. Do you consistently observe 100Mbps after a few speed tests? If so, you may want to check that all your LAN cables are rated at CAT5e or above. Anything below CAT5e will limit your broadband speed to 100Mbps.       WhizComms 1Gbps No Frills Plan - 24 months

      The application was easy. The network setup staff was very patient and waited for me to check the speed across different devices. The support staff were very prompt in their responses, especially on my endless queries regarding a seamless porting of my home line. They also went above and beyond their job scope when I had a problem with Netlink (they offered to make arrangements with Netlink on my behalf!). There was an email sent on the incoming referral credits (ask your friends to refer you to get $5 credit!) and the bill is very easy to understand too. I'm incredibly impressed with this ISP, after my terrible experiences with my previous ISP. I'm so glad I made the switch! Thank you and keep up the awesome work!

      [Connectivity and Speed] Using WIFI only. Able to stream and watch a movie on netflix on the TV via Apple TV without encountering any lag and the resolution is HD. No disruption to my video calls.

      [Customer Service] Very good customer services. Very responsive and understanding. Really appreciate it. [Connectivity and Speed] No disruptions. Broadband is pretty stable and even during Pandemic times, fully utilized. The cheapest in town. 100% recommended.
