I signed this because of previous provider issue. For $24 per month I get 2.5Gb connection compared to $30.16 500MB which was my previous plan. As I didn't change my router, the speed is almost the same but the saving of close to $6 per month is worth it. Already recommended to my friend though they don't have referral discount.1

Customer service has been prompt with their replies and they followup closely on my port in services to ensure it was complete. Activation and installation was a breeze. The fibre for the last few weeks has been stable and speed is good! Very value for money!1

The service is really good, all my questions are getting answered. The network so far so good, may be after a year or two I can see whether it is better than other network. The connectivity with wifi7 now is really like a few multiplier faster than my previous network with similar price. PERFECT!1

Was hesitant to sign on this new plan at first due to some of the negative reviews left by the others. But my personal experience so far has been smooth sailing. From the appointment from both Netlink and Whizcomm engineer. Both came on time and finished setup in a jiffy. Network is smooth and stable as well. Great experience so far!1
