      [Connectivity and Speed] Pathetic. My 4G singtel personal hotspot works faster than the super-idiotic StarHub. Their 5GHz or 2.4GHz is so constricted for speed - especially during weekends and evenings, that it is IMPOSSIBLE for a simple uninterrupted video call. And if there are more than 1 working people at home - that's the end of this connection. Absolutely pathetic. [Customer Service] Less said, the better. Their customer service has a chip on their shoulders - it should be renamed customer "dis"service. These jokers are impossible to reach, and when you wait for over 30 minutes, after several phone calls and manage to speak to one of their agents, they are incapable of solving your problem. Absolutely avoid StarHub like the plague! It ought to be renamed S**tHub.

      [Customer Service] Hopeless customer service, kept apologizing but refusing to waive charges for on demand TV service purchased mistakenly by my young kid, as Starhub released change to start the "on demand paid TV service" every time the TV is turned on. They literally ignored my request. including the excess usage of mobile data due to weak signal of WIFI at inside one of the rooms. [Hidden Charges] The excess charge for mobile data of 1GB is ridiculously high, at $10 per GB. And there is no feature to set a limit so that it won't go over, except a notification. [Connectivity and Speed] WIFI signal fluctuates from time to time. It can be frustrating to be disconnected intermittently during meeting.

      [Customer Service] The customer service is only good when their asking for recontract, after recontracting calling them for anything will be a hassle. [Connectivity and Speed] Time to time the connection will turn slow. I got the google wifi router with my homehub plan, the router might a cause but I can feel the speed decrease when i move from the main room to my own room where the sub router is placed. [Hidden Charges] For user that plan to renovate their house or have situation where starhub needs to send down an electrician do note that sometimes the service by phone might mention that it's free but when the electrician comes down there's a high chance of being quoted a price to pay for their service

      Please don't sign up StartHub Bundle Package (StarHub TV, Home Broadband, Digital Voice). Terrible uploading tv channel and slow network connection on the internet. I have called the customer service and I was told the IP addresses was corrupted so its causes the uploading speed very slow. The technical support has to reset it on their end. After I have waited for 5-10 min, the speed run pretty smoothly but only last for awhile and it back to the slow upload speed that it got worsen. We work from home and it was frustrating because it effect our work productivity. Ping : 7 ms Download : 167.25 Mbps Upload : 47.26 Mbps
