[Connectivity and Speed] I’m using the gamer plan but it seems not able to get connected inside my kitchen area (by the way I’m staying in a 4 room HDB flat of 97 square meter) which is not that big and lagging whenever my son play the PlayStation… I’ve tried turning off and the router and modem but it seems not helping..fyi0

I've been faced with latency issues before this with other telco, but the performance of Myrepublic broadband has been superb so far (will continue to monitor). The installer by the name of Zulhilmi was prompt and also efficient in carrying out the installation. He has taken the extra steps by calling in to do the preparation work (installing apps on our device and creating an account) prior to the installation to ensure that it's a seamless process.0
