  Singtel 1Gbps with WiFi Mesh

  I have been using Singtel for almost a decade now. The internet connection has been deteriorating over the past few years, especially from 2019-2020. Wi-Fi Connection: This. The connection used to be superb and I was able to walk around my home and still remain connected to the network. However, right now I would just get disconnected from the WiFi network just by going to the kitchen (and the WiFi modem is just next to the kitchen, which is located in my living room). It did not really hinder me at first, but it started to get annoying as the speed of the WiFi also became slower and slower(I was getting around 30-50mbps for both my download and upload speed, which was a huge decrease from my 100+ Mbps in the past). So this was when I bought the WiFi mesh so that I would get more WiFi coverage around my house. At first, everything seemed normal and I was able to remain connected to the WiFi whenever I'm not near the modem or mesh. But as time progresses, the WiFi signal and speed started to deteriorate badly. The same issues started to resurface again, for instance, my Mbps becoming ridiculously low and losing connection all of a sudden. So I figured that this was the last straw and decided to call their customer service. Customer Service: Overall, my experience with Singtel's customer service has been a pleasant one. The service providers were polite, patient, and were able to answer my queries. However, whenever I called them regarding my WiFi speed (and I've already called them NUMEROUS times regarding these problems), connectivity, or mesh problems, they would constantly give the same reply which was to "restart my router or mesh", or they would perform some system check on their end. The outcome would be slightly noticeable (WiFi connection maybe became faster a bit?), but then a couple of hours later become crappy again. I do appreciate their professionalism when attending to customers, but I feel like perhaps their methods of resolving these issues could be more effective? Conclusion: Honestly, I would rather change service providers at this point if not for the 2-year contract. For those considering if they should choose Singtel as their internet service provider, I would strongly suggest they consider some other choices as Singtel's performance may not be as good or consistent as it was last time, and you may or may not have a crappy experience. So until they decide to actually improve their services, I would say have Singtel as like your 3rd or 4th choice lol. PLEASE do also note that this is just my experience with Singtel and it DOES NOT apply to all of their customers. Good day everyone.

  I recently re-contracted with them 5gbps with WIFI Mesh via email offer including months of free usage of Disney+, Amazon prime, VIU and Singtel McAfee and enroll the singtel reds rewards membership ( one time fee for 1 yr subscription ) and got free 1 yr Perplexity AI pro access at affordable cost for 2years contract .

  Singtel has good connectivity speed. It rarely every goes down. Unlike myrepublic, I doubt that Singtel will go down. My internet right now i down because I am using myrepublic which is very trash

  It's super fast download speed is easily the best of the SG Telco bunch. The service also boasts of a solid island-wide connectivity, so that you get to enjoy your broadband usage even while commuting to and from work.

  Recently, just sign up with Singtel due to the enticing package that was provided. Seems like Singtel is finally going all out to attract subscriber who sign for tv, fibre, mobile line as better price were given.

  [Perks] SingTel only offers better deals to existing customers when you call them to ask for better promotion than published website's promos. The robo-chat will not work. So if you want to retain with SingTel, and get better deal for existing customers, pick up the call and talk to their CS. Tried and tested. :)

  [Customer Service] recently received a call from CS to upgrade my 500Mbps to 1Gbps for the same cost. the CS are very patient in explaining and guiding through different promotion available. Easy fast pick and go the Mesh Wifi router from Orchard Central as well. [Ease of set up] Easy Plug and Play on the router. [Connectivity and Speed] so far so good on the speed for everyone in the house.

  I was happy with the customer service and the setup of the Singtel broadband. Setting up the network connection was a fast and smooth one. Overall experience was wonderful and enriching! Pleased with their Customer Service and their help and support is greatly appreciated! I enjoy being a Customer with Singtel! Thumbs up to their Customer Service and their efficiency in helping out the customer when the customer is facing doubts or any enquiries! The experience with Singtel Broadband was a great and pleasant one!

  I was originally a user of 1Gbps with mesh. I have been using it for about 2 year plus a little. It has been serving me really well. What I pay is what I get. Most recently, I have gotten a phone call from SINGTEL. They inform me that i am eligible for an upgrade from 1Gbps to 2Gbps without additional charges for two years. An other word, I will be paying the price for 1Gbps and get the connectivity of 2Gbps FOR TWO YEARS. Of course, I have took up the promotion. So far, it has been amazing. Tested the speed using Speedtest app and I got the full 2Gbps service. HORRAY!!!! I am not too sure if everyone is entitled to this promotion or it only applies to Singtel circle members only.
