[Hidden Charges] No hidden charges were noted. Just remember that you need to pay an initial fee, and then the monthly fee and lastly that since this is a contract plan, that there are early termination fees if you don't want to pursue with them any longer. [Customer Service] We worked a lot with the initial customer service and they at least suggested some good options for us to work with. Their support helped us to make the decision. [Connectivity and Speed] This is probably the best part of the broadband. Internet speed tests are consistently good and the connection has been seamless. Will continue monitoring, but they earned their reputation as a good broadband company for the time being.0

After installing the router thought can use without any other concerns. Noticed network do not have 5G facility which I purchased. On the phone with helpdesk more than one hour, helpdesk resolved the issue. Is not easy as there a link to sign up then 5G appeared. We were on a look out for a wifi plan that would suit our needs and saw the poster for myrepublic which sounded like a good deal. What sold us to the plan was the staff we spoke to. He was well versed and advised us accordingly, ensuring it would meet our needs and be within our budget. We finally switched out from Singtel after having multiple connection issues, unhelpful visits to their customer service and expensive plans. That was the best move ever for us. Setting up was a breeze and it’s allowing us to save so much more while enjoying faster and stronger wifi connection. So far, we have yet to face any problem with Myrepublic even on a rainy day.1
