With large investible assets (3M+), should we diversify them across different robo-advisors or consider consolidate them under one robo-advisor or even consider private banking for personalized fund?

Assumption: investment purpose is for retirement, prioritizing growth and wealth accumulation. Will not have time or interest for stock picking or portfolio maintenance. Planning to just split money equally in all available robos to prevent risk of one or more shutting down or subpar performance.
