What is the most value for money plan for 1GB fibre broadband that comes together with Wifi Mesh and homeline?

I don't mind a 24 months contract.

I think it depends on several factors.

Which telco are you with now? Which telco are your mobile subscription with? Do you use pay TV? (E.g. Starhub TV or Singtel mioTV)
Is there promotion or discount if you get your broadband with a particular telco?

Current prices for Starhub and M1 is $39.90.

Im currently on M1 1Gbps Fiber @ $39. For M1, there's no pay TV subscription required to get the 'multi service saver', so Im getting around 20% off my phone bills monthly with M1.

As for the mesh network, you can simply buy the equipment and set up yourself.
