What are the procedures to switch out if I'm currently on contract?

Just port over from m1 to myrepublic . Really regret It as the mobile network is lousy max , cannot even hear the other party properly at many different area where I dun have this problem With m1 before . I probably will switch to other telco . What a waste of time

Hi there! If you are planning to port over an active postpaid number from another telco to us, you may simply order a new plan from us first at https://shop.circles.life/plan/pre_checkout?res... and indicate the mobile number you'd like to port over.

The port in would then be automatically processed on the next available business day (including Saturdays) AFTER the Circles Life SIM card has been delivered.

The line with the old telco would simply be automatically canceled after the port-in has been completed. But please note that if you are still under contract, you may be charged with some early termination fee so we advise that you check with them first to confirm.​​​
