  • I have called in earlier today, 30th of March 20 at 13.09 PM and waited around 5-10 minutes in line to cancel the policy via phone. However, I was unclear whether your staff has done as per requested. I was very upset with one of the lady that picked up my call. When i was spelling the policy number to her, i could not hear her clearly and i did not really hear whether she was responding as she was just quiet, hence i checked with her nicely whether she could hear me. Unfortunately, she immediately scolded me with a very unpleasing tone over a very nicely asked questions. I was very surprised and did not expect that. In a fact, i was not the only one who are beyond surprised hearing her respond, but all of my colleagues in the office could hear her nice and loud as I put my call on loudspeaker. I would understand if it is a 30 minutes long conversation and the customer demanded too much. Even then, other companies will not scold and yell at the customer over the phone as how she did it. This is my first time encountering a very unacceptable and rude behavior from a multi national company.I think the cashier at fast food restaurants offered better treatment and service rather than the lady who supposedly working for a global insurance company that showed none of her company cultures at all. After drawing the comparison, you could imagine how bad I was served by her. It was just a less than five minutes phone conversation and I was the one who waited on the line for so long but she was the one who got aggressive and agitated when I only checked whether she could hear me nicely. To be clear, you could listen to the phone recording and you will know the full picture. If you play back the recording, i did not even confront her or scold her back, reiterate or even being defensive at all. I was just being neutral and waited for her to say anything to me regarding her behaviour, but she directly said her goodbye. I am very disappointed with her attitude and behaviour and I think you should reconsider your decision to put her in charge of customer service as she showed nothing good but a very rude and impolite way of treating customer which will impact the view of customer's confidence towards the company. I went and sign up to your Mobile Protect Insurance as DBS partnered with you and I trust that they will give the best to their clients, but after this experience, I would not have courage to introduce and recommend your insurance at all to my friends and family as I did not want be held responsible if they encountered similar experience. In fact, my colleagues are aware about this issue as they heard it direct from its source and they are questioning how your company trained your staffs. This is a very serious matter as if she could do it to me, she could do it to every precious and valued clients.

Never buy their insurance . My flight was delay for 13hrs and I couldn't claim anything . It's a waste of money to buy a travel insurance from them . Customer services was not supportive too .
