They have an interesting array of portfolios, allowing me to invest in what I like. while the management fee is on the slightly higher side, I'm able to invest in the markets im most familiar with, allowing me to control my risks.

I tried OCBC RoboInvest after seeing some ad that they have a lot of portfolios. Not bad experience. Dint expect to fund the portfolio so conveniently from the cash account. Looks like they have also done some changes to UI from last year.

Although the terms and conditions on their website and in their app promised 3-5 working days for funds to be deposited into bank account after placing sell order, OCBC took 7 working days. What's worse was that they took 6 working days to execute the order and on the 6th working day, the portfolio continued its decline causing me to lose money. I wrote in a complaint but their customer service is poor. Given that they charge the highest fee of 0.88% among all the robos, I expected better. I use Stashaway and Endowus as well and would recommend them over OCBC RoboInvest. Lower fees, better interface, better customer service and shorter processing times.

[Returns Rate] Recently contacted OCBC Roboinvest support team regarding the fees deducted not tallying with AUM fee and exchange fee for my SG REITs portfolio. Only to find out there is an additional >10% of tax on the dividends received, which OCBC RoboInvest claimed SG REITS dividend are taxable. Please take note of this hidden fee when using OCBC RoboInvest.

Update- july rebalancing was not done.. suddenly there was a change in date to Jan 2022. portfolio is up 3.4%. i do not know why the rebalancing was not done to realised the gains.

Update- so i decided to liquidate everything to secure the gains.

in the end, the gains were about 25% less of what was indicated. oh wells.

The sign up is easy but the customer support cannot make it. If not related to the roboinvest, they will not entertained.

I agreed to a large extend. I called in the hotline to enquire if i had invested on my first attempt but theh were not trained so she said will get back to me by tomorrow. few hours later they called back and said I HAVE TO EMAIL MYSELF to enquire! I asked than what for you put a hotline there and she was a like a robot saying ask me to email myself

[User Experience] Access via ocbc app but access is sometimes very slow or not responsive. No fancy graphs and charts like stashaway and no referral rewards. Otherwise it is a straightforward app with nothing much to promise about. [Onboarding Experience] Onboarding was quick and easy, no fuss [Waiting Time] Top up or investment takes about one to two working days to be processed. Have not tried withdrawing yet

[Investment Method] Upon submitting your request to sell your shares, OCBC will take up to 5 business days to sell it at the market rate (i.e. not the rate you initiated), this means that there is high chance you could make lesser than your initiated request and lose money. Becareful, they are out to make sure they profit from you, not help you to earn from the investment.

Agreed, by the time we initiated, either it is lowered. They not helping to.generate wealth.

Can we withdraw the dividends received or it is reinvested during rebalancing?
