Initially I had some queries/concerns on fund withdrawal, however their response was very reassuring Look for their customer service hotline number (found online) and contact them through WhatsApp. Their response is swift and efficient to address your concerns

[Onboarding Experience] My onboarding was particularly a task because I had legally changed my name so there were few KYC changes to be made which were handled pretty efficiently. [User Experience] Fantastic..... couldn't be better. I'm dearly looking forward to have delightful experiences. [Customer Support] There was a lag in responses to my queries during my onboarding period but I'd still be lenient as it was a relative issue. But once Ms. Preeti was into action, I was now receiving proper updates and communication was speedy. Also, do note people that they're a start-up and they too couldn't fathom such a positive response that's leading to a slight lapse in customer support response. But just hang on with patience.... they're are very courteous and give quick resolution. [Others] I'm yet to start my first investment but will keep this space updated soon. Cheers!!

Best part is free for first 50k. The only issue I encounter is uncertain of how much to deposit. Deposit too much and I have excess cash and the process of withdrawing these extra cash seems tedious, needing to email customer service. I think it would be better if they can estimate how much would be converted into in the various currencies.

Best of all is the first USD50K has no management fee. No trading costs. After that amount, the management fee is 0.3%, and no trading or other costs, still the lowest among roboadvisors I come across. A wide variety of customized products or plain vanilla ETFs to choose from. Very responsive customer service

Syfe

Robo-Advisors

Investments

At Syfe, the security of our clients' money is of utmost importance to us, and that we have stringent measures in place to prevent an event like a closure from happening. Syfe is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and we hold a Capital Markets Services (CMS) License for retail fund management. As a CMS license holder, we have met all the requirements and standards set by MAS to prevent a bankruptcy event from happening, and to keep our clients’ funds and assets safe. This includes meeting the minimum capital requirement, as well as audits and compliance to ensure that Syfe has sufficient daily cash flow to meet all operational needs. Funds in your Syfe account are held in a Trust Account in DBS Bank while your investments are kept in a Custodian Account through Saxo Capital Markets. These are held separately from Syfe’s assets. This means that Syfe will never be able to use your funds and assets, even in the very unlikely event that Syfe stops operating. In that unlikely scenario, we will ensure that all your assets and funds are returned to you as soon as possible. Your interest will remain the primary focus for us. All clients are also free to withdraw their money any time they wish. Syfe does not impose any exit penalties or lock-in periods, so clients are genuinely able to access their money any time. Rest assured that it is always safe to invest with Syfe. In the midst of the evolving COVID-19 situation, we have taken steps to ensure there will be no interruption to our services. We have also been seeing steady growth throughout this period as more and more new investors trust their money to us, and our existing clients stay on track with their investment plans. You can also read more about our performance during this period here: https://www.syfe.com/magazine/coronavirus-pandemic-how-syfe-builds-resilience-into-portfolios/

Hi there! To help you decide what’s the right investment for you, perhaps I can briefly share more about Syfe REIT+. The REIT+ portfolio comprises 15 SGX-listed REITs such as Ascendas REIT, Mapletree Commercial Trust, CapitaLand Mall Trust etc, as well as Singapore government bonds via the ABF Singapore Bond Index ETF. Fees start from as low as 0.4% per annum. There's no minimum investment to get started and absolutely no lock-in periods. With REIT+, you have the option of choosing quarterly dividend payouts or having dividends reinvested automatically at no extra charge. You can dollar cost average into the REIT+ portfolio to increase your REIT assets month by month without incurring further brokerage costs - an attractive option for new investors especially! Another difference is the way Syfe manages the REIT+ portfolio for you. REIT+ aims to provide investors with a high-yielding REIT portfolio balanced against the risk of a severe portfolio loss during turbulent markets. That’s why a portion of the portfolio is allocated to Singapore government bonds to cushion your portfolio impact during adverse market conditions. Our proprietary ARI algorithm continuously manages the risk in your REIT+ portfolio to defend against rising market volatility and provide capital preservation. To find out whether REIT+ can help meet your investment needs, why not speak to our investment advisors? They will be in a position to offer more targeted advice. Bps stands for basis points. Mostly equal to 1% of exchange rate. Transferwise claims to give spot rates. I am not an expert but i will think transferwise will be cheaper.

Hi there, using advisory algorithm is actually helpful and beneficial for users. You can GET ADVICE from proprietary Advisory algorithm. This is activated once your account is enabled for investment/approved. You can Get Advice as many times as you wish, by simply going to the Explore section after you log in, selecting Get Investment Advice and providing some basic inputs. Here's the link to help you figure out how to utilize Kristal's advisory algorithm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kQy8QRoz6o hope this helps
