• Define: CONNECT defines the initial asset allocation from a selection of 12 global asset classes, taking the risk profile into consideration. Selecting the underlying securities for optimal returns.
• Select: Connect selects the underlying securities for optimal returns and will be free to include all types of investments, whatever is appropriate for your goal and risk profile, including individual securities.
• Rebalance: CONNECT will rebalance your portfolios periodically to maintain the portfolio and help protect the investments from changes in global economic conditions.

CONNECT will not hold your assets. Once you are signed up as a client, the company will create an account for you on the CONNECT platform and your assets will be held in custody by BNY Mellon’s Pershing LLC.

Additionally, all of CONNECT's investment advice is supported by leading independent research firm, Morningstar, as well as Crossbridge Capital’s in-house team of investment advisers.

Fees and Charges for CONNECT

• CONNECT has a minimum balance of S$1,500.
• CONNECT charges a management fee ranging from 0.2% to 1.25%.

Eligibility: Who Can Apply for CONNECT?

CONNECT is open to Accredited Investors

(If you are at least 18 years of age and an Accredited Investor according to Singapore regulations, you may be eligible to become a client of CONNECT. See the Account Opening FAQs for further guidance on residency requirements. In Singapore, an Accredited Investor has: (a) net personal assets exceeding S$2 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) whereby the net value of his/her primary residence is taken into account for no more than S$1 million, or (b) an income in the preceding 12 months of not less than S$300,000 (or equivalent in foreign currency), as defined in Section 4A(1)(a) of the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), Chapter 289, or (c) financial assets (net of any related liabilities) exceeding S$1 million, where “financial asset” means a deposit, an investment product or any other assets.)
