Eligibility for American Express Personal Card

To be eligible for the POSB Everyday Card, you'll have to meet the following criteria:

• 21 years old and above, supplementary card for 18 years of age and older
• For Singaporeans and PRs: Minimum annual income of S$30,000
• For foreigners: Minimum annual income of S$60,000

Fees and Charges for AMEX Personal Card

• Annual Principle Fee: $120
• Annual Supplementary Card fee: $75
• Fee waiver: NA
• Interest-Free Period: NA
• Minimum Monthly Payment: NA
• Late Payment Charge: 2.5% per month for any overdue previous balance or $90 per month (whichever is greater)
• Cash Advance Fee: 5% of the amount withdrawn per transaction

• All charges are to be paid in full Singaporean Dollars
• If you require any copy of the statement of accounts, there is a retrieval fee of $10 for every copy and a $5 charge for every copy of record of charge
• An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for any returned cheque and $25 for any rejected Direct Debit (Giro) payment
• $100 charge will be incurred for any lost or stolen card
• A 2.5% fee will be charged for foreign currency transactions
