    Fibernet 1 Gbps Max Plan

    The NOC can solve more complex issues compared to other ISPs, this is one of the main plus point for me. Speed wise, its slightly slower than MyRepublic, but faster than the 3 telcos. But could be because of FreedomVPN that I'm subscribed to. No major issues in the 6yrs I've been with them.

    [Connectivity and Speed] It was great when I signed up years ago - with free upgrades to 1Gpbs and top performance. The last 2 years it has kept getting worse. I signed up for 2Gpbs and they downgraded me as their hardware (modem) coulnd't support!! I normally don't get more than 300-400Mbps. Constant drop outs and I know the problem is not on my side. [Customer Service] Is non-existent! If there is an actual outage, expect to call and be put on hold for 30-45mins and then for the call to be dropped. No communication on social media or any email/portal/etc. Things magically come back again with no communication. I had a technician finally come out once to look at my slow performance. The day he arrived performance was quite good - he did nothing and said "looks ok to me" - a few weeks later I check and back to normal... I can't be bothered to call them anymore!

    [Connectivity and Speed] It's getting terrible since the circuit breaker implementation especially in the morning time. I have just a PC connected directly to the modem and gaming were so laggy worse than singtel

    Been using this for 3-4 years. It was intiially very good and the sign up was effortless as well. Only recently (Last year or so) that i begin to face slower connectivity issues. Still better than Singtel IMHO
