Hi anon, thanks for your interest in Syfe! Please allow me to briefly introduce our portfolios. Our Syfe REIT+ portfolio is a Singapore REIT portfolio that tracks the SGX’s iEdge S-REIT Leaders index. The portfolio contains 20 quality REITs such as Mapletree Commercial Trust, Capitaland Mall Trust, Ascendas REIT, and more.
Our Equity100 portfolio is a 100% equity portfolio that allows investors to invest in over 1,500 of the world’s top companies. Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Alibaba, Toyota are just some of our top holdings. What’s unique is that Equity100 is built using a multi-factor smart beta strategy. It is tilted to growth, large-cap and low-volatility factors. In line with market cycles, we will dynamically change these factor tilts to capture the most optimal risk-adjusted returns for our clients.
Our Global ARI portfolio is a globally diversified ETF portfolio invested in stocks, bonds and gold. There are 11 risk levels to cater to all investors, regardless of their risk appetite. What’s unique is our proprietary ARI algorithm which reduces your exposure to equities while increasing the allocation to bonds in times of significant volatility. This cushions your portfolio from major losses when volatility strikes.
