Does Singtel Mio TV work with other broadband Internet Service Providers (ISP) for example M1, Starhub, MyRepublic etc?

Sadly I am addicted to the English Premier League hence I am stuck with Singtel. However, I am wondering if I can decouple the internet service from the TV itself. Anyone has experience?

You can subscribe to Sports Pass from Singtel at https://cast.singtel.com/sportsplus

It's 49.90 and you can watch it from internet browser or mobile. No need to have Singtel Broadband.
