Cheapest way & platform to invest around $1000 for STI ETF?

I'm thinking of DBS Vickers and FSM One? I'm not really sure why people recommend to use DBS Vickers to buy and then FSM One to sell though..

Or should I RSP through FSM One? Since their fee is only $1 minimum or 0.08% compared to lump-sum which is $10 minimum for FSM One.

Would love some clarification & advice here. Thanks so much

If you are planning to do DCA for STI ETF, FSMOne and DBS RSP is the lowest cost. DBS RSP do not charge selling fees, but FSMOne does. If the quantum is only $1k, DBS RSP is the cheapest as you do not have to pay selling fees next time.
